The hotel was absolutely great. The location is slightly out of the way but walking into the city means you get to see lots of lovely sights, shops, restaurants and bars on the way. The hotel was so lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was fab and so comfortable. It was also spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfy to sleep in. As the hotel is so high up it meant we had a great view across the whole city. The breakfast was of a good standard with plenty to choose from. I couldn’t fault the breakfast at all. The bar was also great with a large selection of drinks and cocktails. I’d absolutely stay here again and I’d definitely recommend it as well. We had a great stay in this hotel and Prague was stunning!!
The facilities were good. Included a buffet breakfast. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Located one block from tram stop, so while not near old town or other tourist spots, they were all easily accessed by tram. And not near as expensive as near the main tourist locations.
Over rated hotel. As soon as we got here, we were needing a shower after travelling all day, the shower was boiling hot and would not go to cold. We asked if someone could sort it or if we could move rooms so we are able to get one. Behind the desk the guy said ‘oh that’s strange, nothing we can do tonight’. Not really acceptable. The breakfast was average: needs more variety of ‘full breakfast’ to cater to everyone’s needs. Rooms were cleaned but very old, in need of an update. Floor boards really noisy and a big step to get out of bed which was quite dangerous. Serves drinks from 7pm, they were really nice and made well! Staff unhelpful and quite rude when raising an issue that needed sorting. Will not be returning.
A fun and cozy hotel, 10 minutes away from the center by tram. The hotel is an old theater that has been converted, and our room and beds were really good. Delicious breakfast in the old theater hall, where the stage and balconies are still preserved. Nice and friendly staff. The tram to the city center runs 200 meters from the hotel, and you can buy tickets from the hotel.
Average hotel in a decent area 4 stops from Wenceslaus Square. Dated rooms but clean large enough and comfortable. Reasonable breakfast served in the 'theatre'. Avoid the pub opposite down the bank. Very very rude.
I'm a seasoned traveler and this is one of the best value's I've ever found ! It is only one block from a tram stop and very easy to find. Rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in Europe, with ice for your drinks !! Couldn't give it a better review !!!!!!
Myself and my 9 year old son had such a lovely stay. A warm welcome, fantastic genuinely helpful staff, immaculately clean, the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in, nice neighbourhood with some very family friendly restaurants within a couple of minutes walk I urge anyone considering a trip to Prague to stay here. We couldn't have asked for a better trip :)
Great stay at Hotel Theatrino. It is out of town but very easy to get tram into centre just 5 min walk away and run very frequently. Room was cleaned every day and had everything we needed: safe, hairdryer, fridge, good shower. Breakfast was served in the old impressive theatre space, good continental selection and also some cooked items too. A few bars in the local area, we tried one with good beer on the corner if you turn left as you go out of the hotel entrance. Would stay here again as much cheaper than the city centre hotels
Nice hotel and great that it is unique and so different from the standard corporate hotel. There are restaurants and pubs close by the hotel. Staff on reception are really friendly. It is a bit of a walk to the centre but the team stop is only a few minutes walk away. Would recommend.
The theatrino hotel is an excellent place to stay. I stayed with my mother for her 70th birthday. David behind the reception you are a star as are all the team. You filled out forms for me gand the young night chap grabbed front row tickets at the nutcracker and the bar staff were fab too. We met people from all over europe and everyone was super friendly with impeccable english. The tour which you also suggested was AMAZING and we got picked up from the front desk. Thank you for helping with the passenger locator forms and print outs of our covid passes. We had a fabulous time and I would go again The beds were comfy , the room clean and warm, the water hot and the corridors quiet. Excellent secruity. If you are from the UK think travel lodge with amazing staff. The star system in prague is a bit misleading for UK people ! Its not super special looking but for prague it's brilliant. Everything worked, the safe, gthe hairdryer, shower, the fridge the TV. no usbs but there is a european plug by the bed so I took a adaptor and a strip plug . The main furniture is built in and needed a bit of a french polish , I loved the beatles theming of the art work. There are two lifts and you can leave your bags in the luggage room if you don't have a flight till later. its about 30 mintues away from the airport. WE used uber and lots of walking because thats what we prefer. its about 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket and about 60 seconds to the corner shop. For passenger locator forms : Praha means prague ! try the cocktails, they are amaining !…
