This hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very communicative, helpful and smiling. Breakfasts were really good, there was a huge choice of meals. When I asked if there will be more croissants for the breakfast, the waiter checked it immediately, asked the cooker to prepare them and informed me about it right away. Coffee was delicious. Room was big and our king size bed was really comfortable.
The hotel is close to the city center by tram - about 10 minutes. Nearby the hotel there are many bars with Czech beer, there's also Billa 5-10 minutes on foot.
I'd really like to come there in the future!
There weren't however any options for vegans for the breakfast.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, not far from the center, from transport, and main attractions. Our room was cozy and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is really good, everybody can find something to their liking.

Despite booking a Deluxe Double, we didn't end up in the beautiful grey themed rooms of the photos and may have paid the extra money for nothing. Note, the grey themed rooms are on the 5th and 6th floors but I have no idea which room type one books.
The breakfast was actually pretty terrible. There was no buffet and we were served a small plate of watery eggs, overdone bacon and cheap sausages with only white bread (not toast). If you can do the room without breakfast, that might be worth it.
Despite booking a double we had 2 single duvets. Upon calling reception we were told the doubles are all on the locked floors with no offer of service at all. Not exactly the best beginning to a romantic getaway.
However, the staff were very friendly and they did give us some complimentary champagne for our anniversary. <3

We were very satisfied with our room because it was clean and perfumed, lightened and modern, very comfortable. The staff is very kind and the hotel is in a very quiet zone, served with many restaurants and locals. It's about 30 minutes from the old town (walking) and about 30 minutes from the airport (by car). The only thing we did not appreciated a lot was the breakfast, maybe because we are used to have a sweet one and the proposal was more salted. Besides the orange juice and the cakes were not very good basing on our taste, but it's a very personal opinion.

Hotel is situated in a quiet area but has a good choice of bars and restaurants close by.
Highly recommend Wood & Steak restaurant.
We were lucky with the weather so would walk to the old town which took us about twenty minutes going and about thirty coming back (as uphill!).
We booked deluxe rooms and on first impression they were a bit disappointing. The bathroom is very small as is the room itself.
The bed and frame were much too big and took up most of the room. Also it was two twin beds pushed together (we were two couples in our party) with two separate twin duvets, also had to ask for extra pillows as there was only one each on arrival. The bed linen wasn’t great quality and neither were the towels, we both had holes in them!
However, for what we paid it was good value for money, the room and bathroom were very, very clean throughout our stay and the bathroom had modern fixtures with a rainfall shower which had great pressure. My hair looked amazing!
The bed was comfortable and we slept well even with the window open as so quiet.
Staff are really friendly and attentive and it was helpful being able to leave our luggage on our last day. We also booked a taxi through the hotel to and from the airport, I would recommend this.
Breakfast was mostly good, coffee machine surprisingly nice, choice was a bit limited and there were never any croissants!
Also on our last morning it was very overcrowded so it took a while for food and glasses etc to be replenished.
Overall we had a really enjoyable stay, I would recommend this hotel, I loved the location (and shower!) but as others have said the deluxe rooms are not the ones in the pictures and go to breakfast early if you can.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 nights over the Christmas period and we had a lovely time. The rooms are very stylish, comfortable and spacious, following a revamp in 2015. The bathroom was also very modern with a great shower.
I would definitely recommend upgrading to the deluxe room as these are exceptionally better than the superior. The superior rooms are slightly older and have not been renovated.
The hotel breakfast was great with plenty of choice and tasty food.
The staff in the hotel were also quite friendly. My only issue with the hotel is the location as it was slightly far out from the old town and there is quite a lot of traffic on route if you decide to take a taxi.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good points are it’s in a quiet area and it’s economical, it’s clean and has a good breakfast. But it also seems to attract youth groups who kept me awake until the early hours of the morning running and shouting in the corridor till 2am. The shower room and toilet are tiny. And I’m worried about having an electric hair dryer above the wash basin, wouldn’t be allowed in the UK by law. At the weekend we had student’s on reception so asking for a plug was the wash basin was a waste of time, make sure you bring a plug! . It’s about ten minutes walk to the Metro. Ok if you want somewhere to sleep but not a lot of character. Younger people or families will be happy here.

We arrived to the hotel in style the Uber was nice and fast, once we got into the hotel we were greeted nicely but the English wasn’t so good even though the hotel says friendly to everyone, once checked in they told us we needed to give a 2000 CK deposit which is £70 and the deposit covers the mini bar and damages that is a lot considering I took 150 spending money for the few days I was there.

The rooms were good and the bed was comfy, the shower was good but everytime we got our room cleaned they always filled the sinks up with water in bathrooms

The breakfast was very very very poor and there was not a lot of options there was no meats beside hot dog sausages and very little savoury options

Overall I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Not a four star hotel! Steer clear of this hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights in October. Too little variety at breakfast. Two single beds for couples. Impossible to sleep together when the beds keep moving. No light-proof curtains, difficult to sleep because of this too. The AC didn't work either so it was terribly hot in the room. Uncomfortable beds. No good water pressure in the shower! We complained about all these things, but felt that we were not taken seriously, the problems were trivialized and we were told that "housekeeping will fix the beds and a technician will look at the shower" nothing improved after this was "checked up". The staff seemed very grumpy all the time, didn't greet the guests either.
We feel we were cheated as the room looked nothing like they show in the pictures!!! Do not recommend this place to anyone. Quite far away from the center and the subway.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel for 55 euros per night with breakfast included. I filtered hotels and based on price we stayed here.
My room is much older than what is shown in many photos on the hotel's website but we have been very comfortable in the room. We left at 9 and returned at 10:00 p.m., we wanted it so we could shower and sleep and it is comfortable.
The room is somewhat old, large, has a bathtub and has no closets.
The breakfast buffet was quite varied, toast, coffee, juice, pastries... quite good.
The hotel is like a 3 star in Spain. It is about 25 minutes walking from the center. 7 minutes away you have McDonald's, KFC,... and more select places. Just below there is a Chinese to buy you water.

Have we been comfortable in the hotel? Yeah
Would you come back? According to the offers
What didn't I like?
The room is not like the one on the internet.

Hi, we didn't use the mini bar as the supermarket beside the hotel. I do think they will either withhold all of your deposit or a fraction of it. They did ask me if I had used the mini bar as I checked out.

We got the public transport to the centre and walked to the hotel. Train then bus and a short walk. Just make sure you validate your travel ticket as you get on the public transport.
