Checked in late due to my delayed flight. Asked reception to arrange something to eat from Kitchen, he said it’s closed and you can have something from mini bar. Went to the room with luggage and tired. Only biscuits and some drinks are there but not recover our hunger.
The hotel looked OK , but once we reached the bedroom our view changed. The bedroom is in deperate need of rennovation , something it has not had since 2000 , looking at the style and condition of the room. It looked its age and could do with a deep clean. The handle of the bathroom was falling off, the minibar cupboard was falling off as were the skirting boards on some of the walls. I wonder why the cleaning staff never reported the issues to maintenance for repair ? Breakfast was basic, nothing to write home about, in a rather cramped dinning room , even running out of tea on the last day . Location of the hotel , for the tram, was excellent , with trams running to the centre of Prague every 10-15 mins from just around the corner, ticket cost being CZK 30 . Surrunding area has some nice eateries , which are a lot cheaper than downtown. The most annoying element of the stay at the hotel was that you had to ask reception to turn on and off the AC every evening , you had no control over the AC from within the room. Very bizzare! Staff were friendly and helpful, no issues there.…
We stayed here for a week in June. Very happy with the hotel, clean, well appointed, breakfast options were very good. Not much to fault really, excellent tram connections into the Old Town and the local area has some good restaurants and shops for everything you need. The only thing I would say is that the coffee machine needs an upgrade, seemed to be broken or temperamental at times and removing the chairs piled up in the fire escape might really be useful in an emergency.
Except comfortable stay and calm rest, it is a worth to mention there is cosy and charm restaurant - that you may enjoying the life every evening. On top of that, staff is always helpful and has positive attitude.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The bed was super comfy and we had a great nights sleep. Excellent location for us as we went to a concert in Letňany and the metro station is a short walk up the road.
The hotel is located in a nice area- a lot of parks for children or to walk out the dog. The positive aspect is that the parking is for free. The staff is always ready to help. I fully recommend the hotel.
Everything was great ! Very good reception, helpful all information. Parking is free. The beds are comfortable. clean. Very good breakfast. Good restaurant. Gift in the room. Taxi to the city for four people only 6 euros. Tram next to the hotel.
We spent the weekend here and it was nice. Very friendly personal, good location, tram just outside the hotel. Rooms are good and restaurant in the hotel also nice. Garage parking if available also possible. We will come back for sure
Great place to stay near the water. Easy access to tram. Staff is doing a great job. Very friendly, always willing to help. Don’t use the garage for a medium size car. Might get in, good luck getting out….
During our stay at the Plaza Prague hotel we experienced excellent service, especially from the team at the reception desk. A question was not a problem, but a chellenge for Marcel Jan, Tereza and Sabrina. To give directions they just walk with you to the outside of the entrance to explein in detail how to proceed e.g. with the public transportation in Prague. Great hotel!
