The hotel was scrupulously clean. Breakfast was varied and appetising although cooked breakfast wasn’t hot enough. A minor point (no English Breakfast tea). Take your own. Reception staff were very helpful. Fairly local. More than a 5 minute walk to the town more like 20 minutes to the Old Town, but a good location nevertheless! Overall very pleased!

The drive from and to the airport was on time and very friendly. (I believe at had nothing to do with the hotel, but the deal). The hotel is nothing better than standard. Location can be comfortable, if you are understand the tram timetables and maps. Rooms are clean and apuiped with minimal needs. We found it quite frustrating that after a whole day out side in the city and sites, or early morning get ups, there was no way to have a cup of coffee/tea. Had to go out to a coffee shop. The staff are "filling" their jobs, not much more. The city is beautiful, interesting and tasty.

Absolutely the worst experience possible from a hotel. Absolutely stay away. My mother (70 years old), sister and niece stayed at the hotel. During the stay my mother spoke with the front desk requesting to extend their stay by twodays during the weekend. The clerk said that she would take care of it and that they could extend the stay. Today, while we were traveling, the hotel took out all of their luggage out and said that there was no reservation, no room available. Not only did they not provide an answer on how such a thing can happen, they offered absolutely no help, were extremely rude and the only thing that mattered to them is that my mother sign the paper for paying for the nights they stayed.A hotel that doesn't take responsibility for their employees work, throws a 70 year old woman to the street should be banned from giving service. Stay there at your own peril. clear of this place.

I liked this hotel because the room was very big, it had a good location near the subway station and trams by the door, also air-conditioning which I was missing in Europe. It was also pretty and near the main train station (I recommend you take an uber, because the taxi driver at the station ripped us off ). I think the quality of the breakfast could be improved (specially the bread).

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. Nice staff and the breakfast was varied and fresh. The meals in the restaurant were very good. Rooms were super clean and nice. The only downside it it was a bit of a walk to the many attractions Prague has to offer. I would definately stay here again as the area was very safe and well known.

I read numerous bad reviews on this hotel thankfully they were all wrong. I was woken by the glass collection pick up but it only took a minute and I went straight back to sleep. The food was excellent value and was very tasty. The shower that had so many bad reviews was a traditional cheq shower it is just a shower head in a bath tub .you are within walking distance of the old square I would recommend flat shoes as the streets are cobbled. The number 14 tram will also get you there you can buy tickets from reception. Always get reception to get you a taxi it's cheaper. The only downside is that there are no tea making facilities in the room

The hotel is in a 18th century old building, of course renovated with the insides keeping some baroque atmosphere. The hotel is at 2 minutes walk from Florenc metro station, a junction of lines B and C meaning that you can easily get everywhere with ease and not far from old city square and Jewish quarter, these locations can be reached by foot. Breakfast is ok, without being exquisite, sometimes the restaurant can be crowded. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and beddings are changed daily.
