From the entrance to the point I had to bid my farewell I was the happiest person to be here I guess. What can I not compliment about. The food, atmosphere, ambiance, and SERVICE is the best I’ve experienced from a few most or best hotels in the destinations I have travelled with my friends. It was unforgettable. I truly wanna come back to you. I hope I can make it soon. Thank you Thank you for your truly amazing service.
Prior to arriving at Four Seasons we were in Prague already 10 days spent in two wonderful hotels on the Mala Strana and Castle side of the river. We are no strangers to the Four Seasons hotel chain, but it was to be the first time in Prague. For years I used to prefer boutique hotels in Prague, but decided to go for FS for a change. Still from the US, I contacted the hotel's GM, Mr. Stephane Gras, via email, asking to reserve the high floor room with the amazing view of the Castle spanning over the river to the Charles Bridge. If such room was not available, I would not book the stay. I was reassured, and we booked our 6 nights stay with Amex platinum for other possible upgrades. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by the GM, Mr. Gras, at the reception. We were told that we were upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately, upgrade is not always an upgrade. A shabby looking living room, that I did not need or want, did not make up for the complete absence of the most important part - the view. The bedroom drapes needed to be shut , as the bedroom faced a high rise commercial building. The living room window faced a closed for the season, terrace restaurant. What a disappointment ! I spent the whole evening protesting. I did not want the "upgrade " , just the room with the view I booked. Later the next day, we were moved into a wonderful room on the 7th floor, with a heavenly view. We could partially open the windows and hear the musicians playing on the Charles Bridge. Never closed the drapes ! Wonderful view to wakeup to, wonderful view to fall asleep. In my beloved Prague! It all turned around quickly, the hotel is luxurious, the pool and spa fantastic, the staff extremely friendly and helpful at every turn. The lobby is beautiful, we made a point to sit down for a drink , even ice cream. We loved the wonderfully friendly service at the breakfast buffet and enjoyed chatting with the young ladies in Czech. We had room service dinner once, it was very nicely presented. The various gifts left in the room throughout our stay were appreciated. Bvlgari toiletries were a nice touch. All is well, that ends well ... Dekuji a Nashledanou…
The hotel's location is most probably the best in Prague, walking distance to the cities' main tourist spots. Just a short walk to get to old town and Charles Bridge. Moreover, the hotel staff is extremely professional and always anticipating the client's needs.
This wonderful hotel is located right next to the Charles bridge. If possible, try to get a room with a view of the river and Prague castle. We were lucky to be in the River Suite on the 6th floor with magnificent views of Prague. It’s the kind of view that makes you not want to leave your hotel room.
We are so glad our family of 5 stayed here! The staff was so friendly and I appreciated how they asked us to wear masks around the hotel- even putting a bag of masks, sanitizing wipes and spray in both our connecting rooms. My kids loved the pool, the food (both breakfast and lunch, and room service!) and truly they made the best vanilla latte we've had in Europe. My husband and I used the gym which was nice and I had a pedicure at the spa, We talked with the concierge about my husband wanting a road bike to use in Prague. The concierge was so amazing in finding him the perfect bike from a town an hour away! We were totally impressed by how they made us feel. I loved the beds and sheets- and the location was perfect for everywhere we went. Would definitely return.
