We stayed at mamaison for 3 nights this month, and paid a considerably high amount compared to our other friends staying at a different hotel in Prague. The room was nice and spacious, looked modern and bed was comfy. However the shower was freezing cold. Had to ask twice for this to be looked at, to which we were told that this is what the water temperature is in Prague! I informed that it was freezing and we wanted it looking at. This was then fixed on day 3 of our holiday, but the plug was rubbish and wouldn’t drain so overall not a great experience. Room was only cleaned once during our stay. Don’t even bother going to the bar as there’s about 3 options to pick from with the only spirit being rum. Overall, not a 5 star hotel that I was expecting for the money paid, wont be returning or recommending.…

It is unacceptable that there was no hot water in your room, and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. Furthermore, I am deeply sorry that our receptionist was not helpful and made the situation even more unpleasant for you. We will make sure to provide further training to ensure that our staff members are always professional and polite. Our lobby bar is specially designed for a rum selection, with some wine and non alcoholic beverages, so that's why we don't have any other alcoholic varieties. Liked · we absolutely loved the newly refurbished interior of our room, its implacable cleanliness, amenities, the most central location in Prague, boutique hotel ambience. Disliked · unfortunately service was way below 5 star hotel standards… what is the point to book here if you can get gorgeous apartment on Airbnb almost twice cheaper …seriously?? lack of staff in general, and those who were available needs to be trained, be more knowledgeable about hotel facilities, need to have general product knowledge, need to know how to handle cash transactions. we’ve been double charged for breakfast. there was no concierge or bell boy to assist us with luggage (same for arrival and departure day). no valet. Chargeable and limited outdoor self parking. no in-room service. Restaurant was open only for breakfast. Bedding set up was done for three persons, but tea/coffee amenities only for two persons. …

My wife and I have just returned from a short break staying at this hotel in Prague. We found the hotel excellent. The room was large, clean with a well laid out large bathroom. Our room faced side on to the river with a view over the nearby bridge and the National Theatre in the distance on the other bank. The bed was large and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. Although the main part of the hotel was under reconconstruction at the the noise was minimal though the lobby and facilities were limited. The location is within easy (10-15 mins) walk of the metro at Andel, Charles Bridge, funicular to the Petrin Tower and a little further to the castle or Old Town Square. Prague is a beautiful city with an amazing travel infrastructure. All of the staff were helpful and polite, but special mention goes to Michal who was extremely pleasant and spoke enthusiastically of the standard of the newly constructed rooms when completed around June. We hope to revisit. One tip. Don't bother with the inhouse breakfast. Cheaper and better is available in many of the nearby alternatives in the city. Check out Cafe Savoy or Cafe Louvre for start.…

Very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. The rooms are spacious with all comforts needed. The reception staff are Friendly and helpful. We had diner in the restaurant which was excellent also for one of the quests they had a separate menu for vegan. Well done. The team who served was knowledgeable and friendly. Next time in Warszawa I will definitely stay here again.

Easy bus/tram ride from the airport. Located right on the river about 15 mins walk away from Charles Bridge. Reception staff very welcoming, even though we arrived early we were able to check in. Room was very clean and well appointed with a large bathroom. Breakfast service was excellent and while there was some building work in progress at the entrance, this did not affect our sleep or stay in the slightest.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in February. Our room looked out the side of the building onto the small park next door. It was very spacious with a large bed, desk and armchair with plenty of wardrobe space and a wonderful big bathroom. Everything was well presented and clean. Had tea and coffee facilities and all expected toiletries. The front desk were very helpful and we were able to check into our room when we arrived early in the morning from our train, which was much appreciated. The bottle of complimentary sparkling wine was an unexpected bonus. The guys on the desk were also helpful when my husband wanted to book tickets to a music event one evening. Great location, easily walkable to the sights - just across the river from the Dancing House, about a 20 min walk to the Charles Bridge and Old Town. Highly recommend going up the hill to the tower in Petrin Park. Great local breakfast spots at Cafe Savoy (10 min walk) or Kavana Co Hleda Jmeno (15 min walk - try the eggs benedict souffle!) Stayed here for the weekend,perfectly located near to the river and within 15/20 minutes of Charles bridge, the old town and other major attractions. What a beautiful walk down by the side of the river it is to. The hotel room was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything you could want for a weekend away. The lads on reception, contrary to other reviews I had read, were great and couldn't do enough for us,excellent. Only one drawback, no bar in the hotel (think it may be linked to work underway?) that's the only reason it isn't 5 Well done 👍

4 day stay. Short Uber ride from the city centre. The bathrooms are nice and spacious, as are the rooms although the rooms could do with updating. The reception staff on arrival were sullen and the service in the bar was rude with the girl actually muttering because we ordered cocktails. The cocktails were awful. I would steer clear. The hotel is fairly noisy from early on with people moving around. I think there are better places to stay. A nice touch was a half bottle of sparkling wine in the room upon arrival.

Great hotel to use as a base their rooms are very comfortable and perfect for a few days. Only half a mile from Charles Bridge a variety of choice for breakfast from a full English continental buffet or poached eggs etc to order the staff were keen to provide a top class service at all times.

What an extra ordinary experience we had during our stay at Mamaison!! Each corner of the hotel has been decorated with extra care. We felt as if we are staying in a Royal suit! the staffs were super courtesious. Breakfasts were sumptuous, rooms were just superb! We would definitely stay there again if we visit Prague again. A highly recommended hotel to stay at Prague.
