Lovely hotel, the rooms and beds are comfortable, and staff in a prefect location for exploring Prague, right on the end of the bridge. And thank you for the wonderful surprise of a bottle of bubbly on ice for my 40th Birthday

The Hotel U Tri Pstrosu **** is located directly in the heart of the historical centre at the famous Charles Bridge and in the immediate vicinity of the other distinguished Prague sights. A beautiful renaissance house from 1597 is situated in place of original middle-age pub, which was frequently visited by Charles IV, the Czech king and Holy Roman Emperor, when he watched the construction works on the gothic stone bridge in the 14 century.

Kings route taken by future kings on their way to
coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing
Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral.
Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque

No aircon in the room we had either. We went in May and the temperature was fine but could probably be noisy if you are on the Bridge side and the windows were opened
