My husband and I stayed at Unitas for 4 nights in August. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, super clean with high ceiling and beautiful decorated. The breakfast was excellent, best breakfast we had in Europe so far (at a hotel). It had a huge selection to choose from. Overall, we enjoyed staying at... More

This was our third trip to this hotel and it never disappoints. the location is on a quiet street (but two streets from the main thoroughfare) and the beds are so comfortable they make you want to sleep all day and not go see prague. but what really sets this hotel apart is the service. a coffee station on every... Unitas is a hotel where the rooms have great space for all your suitcases and people. Stayed in twin room where beds were comfortable and room clean. Bathroom was spacious but only had a shower if that is a concern for people. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Arranged cabs for us on rainy nights, held luggage and tried to... More

Off the beaten path, beautifully restored, quiet, clean, close to the obligatory sights as well as tram lines, the Metro, good restaurants, and staffed with friendly young people all with good English, Hotel Unitas deserves all the good things said about it in TA reviews.

We spent 5 nights at the Unitas, located on a narrow street close to everything in central Prague. The staff were helpful and friendly, offering us a welcome drink, and helping us with our baggage. The hotel itself is beautiful, with high ceilings and nicely decorated. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with nice buffet... More

I loved the city of Prague and the hotel certainly added to the experience. It was a great place to return to at the end of a The rooms were super cosy and added intrigue with the hotels history. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had great access to local shops, restaurants and approx 20 minute walk to Charles Bridge.... More

The hotel is located about 20mins tram ride from the central train station and about 10mins walk from Charles Bridge. My room was large and facing the courtyard, which was extremely quiet. The buffet breakfast was amazing and make sure you save room for the delicious crepes that is offered. There is a coffee/tea area in each level of the... More

We enjoyed our stay here very much and would warmly recommend. Our room was spotlessly clean and we had a good power shower. The tea stations spotted around the hotel were unusual but worked well. Our breakfast was great...plenty to choose from with changes each day. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful family owned operation in Prague. Though not extravagant it is an exceptionally clean and extremely quiet hotel This is a key factor in a city where noise can be an issue. The hotel is located directly across the road from the police station so no carousers venture into the area. Public transit is easily accessible from... More

We spend 4 pleasant nights in this wonderful historical hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly people especially those at the reception, breakfast room and the chambermaid. The services rendered by them are faultless. Thank you to them for making our holiday a very pleasant one.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
