I loved the location, really ideal for the people doesn’t want to use much the public transportation. The area remains quiet. And if you need to use the tramways they bring directly to the main destination such the main railway station. Regarding the breakfast I was not so impress but maybe due to my French habit. Room was ok, but in general the hotel is too classic and can be fun for children, specially we have park closed by, and cheap restaurant.

We stayed two nights, the only positive the room was clean ,however the card to open the door of our room didn't work we went couple of times to activate the card at reception to open our room door but after a bit the card was again disactivated ...the housekeeping lady opens our door to clean and we had put do not disturb and also we couldn't communicate bcz she didn't speak English. At the top of all this they was repairing at 9 o clock in the morning with a drill the next room and they didn't inform us before so we wake up ...very disappointed from this place, for sure not recommended.

Perfectly located, within walking distance from the major highlights but the hotel.is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Def stay in mala strana and not in the old town. Breakfast is divers and plenty. Rooms are specious (we've had the deluxe room) and clean. A bit outdated interior but it suits the place as well

Stayed here for a conference. Great location near Bridge of Legions and Mala strana. Picturesque locale. Great breakfast room with suits of armour and live pianist. Small rather faded room was not so great. No desk to work at, only a small table. Radiators were turned off when I arrived, so rather cold and then a fly appeared, which I had to chase round the room and out the window. Staff and service were fine.

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to Charles Bridge and other local attractions if you liked walking .the hotel was clean and tidy had a large comfortable bed in our room we loved the medieval themed hotel the breakfast was fine good choice but don’t get them to book any of your trips as I had a boat trip booked for my husbands birthday and they put us on the wrong boat but they would not admit to there error or refund the difference in cost so I lost out that night and hubby was very disappointed.
