This hotel is great, room clean and spotless. Staff very polite, courteous and nothing too much trouble. You can get train tickets direct from the desk - do not forget to stamp them as you go through to the undergound. Breakfast was lovely, continental also there was some bacon, sausages and scramble egg. On arrival to the hotel we were...

Even though at the first sight the hotel looked a bit "old-style" in what the decorations and amenities were concerned (I guess it's just something specific to Central / Eastern countries), it proved to be very clean and the facilities in the room were new and shiny :) The kettle for tea/coffee was a nice surprise. Average breakfast, no option...

Lovely clean hotel, although perhaps a little dated for some. Maid service every day and the breakfast choice is more than adequate. This hotel is situated approximately 2 minutes walk from the main river and all of the sights that has to offer as well as 10 minutes in the opposite direction to Wencelas square and all of the attractions...

The hotel is in the New Town but only approximately 15 minutes walk into the Old Town. The tram stops are 2 minutes walk away so it is very easy to get about. The hotel was very clean and offerred an excellent buffet selection for breakfast. There was no bar although a mini bar was available in reception for beer,...

We arrived in Prague on the 15th of January, upon our arrival, we were greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who checked us in. We chose a non smoking room, and the room was lovely and comfortable. We stayed there on a bed and breakfast basis. There was no bar, but you could buy drinks in the mini market...

The hotel is good value for money. Nice walk along the river to the old town and new town. Staff helpful and smiling. Room not overly huge but more than sufficient for our stay. Breakfast good and replenished quickly.

What to say but don't book there if you're looking for a comfortable 4 stars hotel in Prague! It's only from outside that you'll have this impression of an high standard hotel! I didn't know that a 4 stars hotel wouldn't put you a mini bottle of water in your room, that you are obliged to go to the supermarket...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in late December 2016. We found it perfectly adequate for out 3 day break. The hotel is in a safe area next to a tram stop and the underground although we did not find it necessary to use any of the public transport that was available as it was a 20 to...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
