This was a very nice small hotel. It is located on the best shopping street and yet it is peaceful and you can walk to the old town and all of its attractions easily. The room was quiet and was cleaned every day. A/C worked and was adjustable, though a bit noisy. We asked for separate beds and got them. The staff was polite and friendly. It was never too crowded at breakfast and breakfast options were good. Beds were ok but there was only one not too comfortable pillow. Pros - Excellent location - Peaceful Cons - A/C could use renewing - The beds need more pillows to choose from

The hotel is in a great location, rooms are clean, pillows are not the best, there is no kettle in the room, and the breakfast was very poor, at breakfast nothing was replenished, ended up having bread and jam most mornings, the table was cleared and restaurant closed at 10am on the dot.

The hotel location is amazing ! So central , the room was very clean and comfortable, albeit a little dated. Do not bother with the breakfast!!! We had it included but it was awful, hardly any choice and some very dodgy looking fruit and meat! We went to McDonald’s over the road instead ! But great stay all in all

The highlight of the hotel was its location. Airport transportation is very easy by bus and metro. Friendly and courteous welcome at the reception. The breakfast was varied enough compared to European hotels. The room we stayed in was a little small but clean. walking distance to everywhere.

I really liked this hotel. It’s really well situated on Wenceslas Square in easy walking distance of lots of interesting sights, museums, shops and a great street market. I was on an escorted tour but we had quite a bit of free time and I found my way around quite well. The hotel itself is charming with lots of character. The restaurant is quite unique. It’s called the Triton, has been established for many years, and is situated in a room which has been made to look like an under the sea cave, with strange and interesting sculptures. I ate there one evening and had a wonderful meal, beautifully presented. I really enjoyed it and the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast could have done with a bit more choice but was fine. My room was clean and comfortable and looked out over the street. Unfortunately it was also overlooking a searing area for the cafe and at night proved a meeting place for people to gather and chat and laugh. This went on until the early hours, followed by loud groups going up and down the street. By the time they stopped the street cleaners started! I don’t mind a bit of city noise and generally feel it’s just part of life, but would have been nice to get a bit more sleep!

- 5* LOCATION, just in the center near the astronomical clock, Charles Bridge and many more areas to visits . Get good shoes, the city is cover with paving Stones. - 3* FRONT DESK. Do not expect a warm welcome but they do their job. - 3* ROOM. Simple, well furnished , quiet. I tried to figure out in 7 days how to sleep with their half blankets. -1* CLEALINESS. (See pictures). We never had the room completely clean and made fresh. Vaccum cleaner and empty bottles in the hallway to our room during our whole stay. I wrote my initials in the furnitures everywhere so much dust all around. Walls in the shower and the head shower cover with mold. - 0* Management. (See letter). We came back from our daily tour to find a letter under the door. Imagine the humiliation for us. 2 nights prior my partner got sick during the night, I passed the details. The Management instead leaving a letter saying 《Can you stop at the front》 they summoned us like if we were disgusting. My partner is on terminal phase of cancer, he wanted so much to travel to Prague. I felt so bad for him to have to-go through that. It's our problems but imagine to be a women, having a kid or to be older, accidents happen when you run an hotel. Poor Management, unprofessional. Next time it happen if ever, I will throw all in a garbage bag. - 10 points divided by 5 bad situations give them a 2*

Great location, not too noisy even if room facing the street… bit oldish inside, but still nice and functional. Bit smelly bathroom towels (I assume they are stored above the kitchen). Breakfast bit lame, no real coffee and poor deserts selection. But overall - great value for money.

Traditional hotel in Europe. Pleasant staff, centrally located so we could get around easily. The room was average, toilet separate from the shower area which helps in the mornings. However the toilet constantly ran. We were always having to fix it. Towels were like sandpaper, no washcloth or toiletries. hairdryer would get hot in your hands. Small but adequate buffet included.

Very good hotel in downtown Prague with breakfast included. The staff is kind and discreet. Due to its location there is no real need to use public transportation, especially to visit Prague 1 and the immediate surroundings. The room and the bathroom, while a bit small, were very clean, and the bed and pillow very comfortable. What I would improve is the breakfast, in terms of both quality and variety.
