Nové Město (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

This hotel is perfectly located for tours, dining and shopping. The room had only a king single bed, the shower is small, breakfast is ok. We had repeated problems with the magnetic room cards not working which was very annoying.

The room was clean and had all the basics. Breakfast was ok. Not the best I’ve seen in Czech Republic. Busy location. Service is so so but don’t expect much. Guess it’s what’s to be expected for what you are paying.

Hotel Adria is well located however the rooms are small, air conditioning very poor the showers run hot and cold, no consistent hot or even warm shower and pressure is low. Given the age of the building not surprising. Breakfast buffet lacked variety eg no bacon, poached or boiled eggs. Fruit, cheese and cold cut offerings limited to two choices - compared to other European 4 star hotels this is definitely a 3 star hotel. Location is the best thing going for it.

This hotel was pre-selected for us by Air Canada vacations. The location is perfect to walk to all the local attractions and enjoy the nightlife. Breakfast is more than enough to keep you going for several hours and the staff are very helpful in the dining room. We, unfortunately, had a room at the very back end of the hotel which was about 5C warmer than the rest of the building. The air conditioner worked but blew out dust for quite a bit before bringing out the cool air, and even then it was not super cold. The room was otherwise very nice with a safe, mini-fridge and amenities in the bathroom. Perhaps if we had a different room I could have rated this place better!

worst service. I tried to drink water in mini bar and found it was already opened. It looks totally new if you dont try to open it. So i asked the receptionist to replace the water but she kept saying "it cannot be happened. we always change all the products in mini bar whenever we clean the rooms." it sounded like im lying Only for 2.5 EUR. I felt racial discrimination. THEY NEVEY SAID "SORRY".
