- 5* LOCATION, just in the center near the astronomical clock, Charles Bridge and many more areas to visits . Get good shoes, the city is cover with paving Stones. - 3* FRONT DESK. Do not expect a warm welcome but they do their job. - 3* ROOM. Simple, well furnished , quiet. I tried to figure out in 7 days how to sleep with their half blankets. -1* CLEALINESS. (See pictures). We never had the room completely clean and made fresh. Vaccum cleaner and empty bottles in the hallway to our room during our whole stay. I wrote my initials in the furnitures everywhere so much dust all around. Walls in the shower and the head shower cover with mold. - 0* Management. (See letter). We came back from our daily tour to find a letter under the door. Imagine the humiliation for us. 2 nights prior my partner got sick during the night, I passed the details. The Management instead leaving a letter saying 《Can you stop at the front》 they summoned us like if we were disgusting. My partner is on terminal phase of cancer, he wanted so much to travel to Prague. I felt so bad for him to have to-go through that. It's our problems but imagine to be a women, having a kid or to be older, accidents happen when you run an hotel. Poor Management, unprofessional. Next time it happen if ever, I will throw all in a garbage bag. - 10 points divided by 5 bad situations give them a 2*…
Great location, not too noisy even if room facing the street… bit oldish inside, but still nice and functional. Bit smelly bathroom towels (I assume they are stored above the kitchen). Breakfast bit lame, no real coffee and poor deserts selection. But overall - great value for money.
Traditional hotel in Europe. Pleasant staff, centrally located so we could get around easily. The room was average, toilet separate from the shower area which helps in the mornings. However the toilet constantly ran. We were always having to fix it. Towels were like sandpaper, no washcloth or toiletries. hairdryer would get hot in your hands. Small but adequate buffet included.
Very good hotel in downtown Prague with breakfast included. The staff is kind and discreet. Due to its location there is no real need to use public transportation, especially to visit Prague 1 and the immediate surroundings. The room and the bathroom, while a bit small, were very clean, and the bed and pillow very comfortable. What I would improve is the breakfast, in terms of both quality and variety.
I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel, air conditioning is soo dirty I am not sure how its safe to use, towels have weird dark spots on them, water doesn’t goes through in bath, bath itself has spots too and I cant even show you the dirt in corners But, the worst of all was when we checked in room was full of bodyhair🤮 (when we told reception they cleaned it but not so well) I wish I never have bought 3 nights have no idea how I am going to sleep here
I would like to express my gratitude to administration and staff of Adria's hotel for the opportunity for Ukrainians to stay in the hotel with breakfast in the center of Prague for affordable price. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service 💛🙏 Highly recommend Adria Hotel in Prague, you will for sure enjoy it.
Location: 15 min walk away from the river, so great for walking to all the sights. Easy to reach by Metro. Area was fine in the day, busy with lots of fast food and popular shops nearby. At night, however, it was heaving with stag-dos and rowdy groups, as the clubs and stripclubs opened. I found this intimidating as a solo female and avoided staying out after dark because of this. Room: I was in room E23 on 2nd floor. It was larger than expected with a comfy bed and lots of storage. The ensuite was clean and the shower was lovely. The window faced a blank wall, so there was no view and limited daylight. The room hadn’t been cleaned well, it was dusty and there was dirt and debris on the floor around the bed. A previous guest had also left open milk in the fridge. The room was missing a few key items, including a security lock on the door (?!), a kettle and mug (despite the pile of teabags found in a desk drawer, pictured) and a breakfast service card. The minibar was empty in addition to this. No plug sockets near the bed. No English language entertainment channels on the TV. There was one thin pillow provided, I would have preferred two personally. There was a loud electrical buzz constantly, which kept me awake on the first night. I unplugged the TV and fridge to try and resolve but was not successful. The walls were also very thin and I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms; talking and music, phones going on, morning alarms, footsteps and beds creaking. This is probably due to it being an old building. Ear plugs remedies this. Breakfast: Served from 7am-10am, I arrived around 9:30am daily and there wasn’t much left but I was able to scrape together a few items like bread, cheese and meat. Scrambled egg was available but was extremely watery. Coffee was good. Lots of seating. Check in / out was very easy. I was able to pay the city tax by card, and leave my bag securely as I waited for my connection. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Fine for a basic 2 nights but I won’t be coming back soon.…
Bad smell at the room Told the reception Didn't do any thing At evening I tell the reception again And the receptionist told me she can't help me and told me wait until morning Feeling bad and frustrated for poor service And Indifference from her side

Fantastic location, excellent service, cozy and clean rooms. Highly recommended! The staff helped us with every request we had, and assist us with translation when the covid test we took to get on the flight back home got lost by the covid-test company. Great value for money!
