Good breakfast and good attendance, but the room is quite small, just as the bathroom, the cleaness is not that good (I found stains in the bed sheets) and be prepared to pay a fee per day - it's not for the hotel, from what I understood. The room is good for two people, three is already too much. Also the hotel is not that near from the public transport (5 min from the bus stop, 10 min from the tram and 15 min from the metro). It makes all the difference when you arrive exausted of walking all day around the city.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Be aware of old and misleading reviews. This is not a 3/4 star hotel, this is a 2 star hotel. The bar and the restaurant have closed down permanently, even though pictures on their website and descriptions on booking sites would have you believe otherwise. No common area, just a waiting seating near a narrow reception. Aircondition was disabled. Rooms are not soundproof, I could easily hear TV's from other rooms. bedbugs found in 3 rooms within our group. Got a very distinct feeling the staff was well aware. No minibar. No water heater or coffee machine in the rooms. Breakfast was barely ok, but get there early or risk empty trays.
Breakfast was disappointing. All products seem store bought (super market bread, croissants, etc.). Bathroom has some black stains from water damage in the corners. Sometimes you can smell the sewers. No bar. No restaurant. No proper lobby. No comfortable place to sit down. Wi-Fi drops out frequently. Poor air flow in the room. You do need to open the window towards the noisy street at night to get cool air. Floor carpets in the room and in the hallways seemed dirty and old. Oh, and one more thing: My collegues found insects in their beds. They got free room upgrades, which also had insects in them. So they were moved around alot to find a usable room.
Started with a easy check in,we already knew about the small city tax so this was no surprise, the receptionist was great and very helpful with ideas on transport to the city and with things to do.The room we had was a clean twin room, with comfy beds, great shower/toilet room and a wardrobe/changing room area. The room had FREE very good air con, internet and a room safe with a small fridge and telly.Although there was a main`ish road outside our room,we never heard any traffic noise.Breakfast came with the price of the room, and it was lovely. The 2 women who cooked and set out the food were nice and polite and when asked soon replenished anything that was low or run out.All in all, although this place is a 20 min walk down to town, the bus and tram network make it really easy to get there and back (buy a 1 or 3 day pass and your covered for unlimited use of both for the duration of the ticket) i would definitely stay here again. There are shops and places to eat virtually right outside the door.Thumbs up from me and hoping to go back one day.…
Nice hotel, great location, kind staff, excellent service, delicious breakfasts! The room is clean and nice! Prague is great!!! We returned home full of pleasant impressions! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
Great hotel all round. Very clean and tidy. Staff helpful and very pleasant, location within walking distance of main attractions. Breakfast was good and a good selection. Will definitely use again when in Praha.
Although our visit to Prague was cancelled because of personal issues, I would like to thank the whole team of this hotel. High quality service with very quick speed and high speed of response. They helped us by giving documents needed for embassy, and agreed to refund the money back when we asked for cancellation. Special thanks to General Manager of the hotel for high sense of responsibility and customer relationship. I am pretty sure we will meet very soon. To be fair, I would also like to mention that when we were trying to choose a hotel we have contacted more than 15 “same class” hotels in Prague. Accordingly, Hotel Voyage was the most responsive, caring hotel. I am pretty sure if our stay wasn’t cancelled we would enjoy our stay with this amazing personal and hotel. Thanks a lot ❤️…
That's the best choice if you want to stay somewhere near to the city center. The room and the service was perfect. Especially the people of the reception were much more than just helpful. The breakfast was ok. I loved the pie with the red fruits and the perfect cooking of the fried eggs. The best spot to take your breakfast is the backyard (it's like you are in a forest). In about 250m. there is the most helpfull bus I've ever seen (No. 207). It takes you everywhere... literlly everywhere!! I strongly recomend this hotel!!!
My first review so go easy. I've had enough of fake reviews so here it goes. Purpose of trip: Holiday with the wife. Location : Prague 3, slightly away from town (Prague 1). More dirty, less busy. Not convenient for transport. Have to walk about 20 mins to get to the closest accessible transport location. Roads are very uncomfortable due to having paved stones so wear comfy trainers. Pros: Staff are friendly and nice. Clean.. Ish. Has a lift I'm having a hard time to find another. Cons: Its a 3 star at best. Reasons; Rooms are small Toilet is very old design and has a ridiculously disgusting smell. Shower is the smallest cubicle known to man. The bed has two single sheets for couple to sleep in!!!! Furthermore, the single sheet is not enough for a single person to sleep in. The AC is horrible, either makes the room too cold or too hot. All TV channels are in a foreign language. No iron in the room. Priced the same as I was finding hotel corinthia (a 5 star) on the weekend. Advice: avoid at all costs Thank you.…
Reserved 2 two rooms for 5 persons, from hotels.com. Price was good because chose an option where no cancellation was possible. Hotel rooms were tidy and in good condition. Also air conditioning was working well, and this was a must in Prague when the temperature outside was +28 C. Shower was a little bit small, otherwise ok. Breakfast was moderate, but was ok and included in the price. Rooms had safe box with combination lock. During the time we stayed, the street next to the hotel was under construction and this affected the bus routes. Next tram or metro was 10-15 min walk and that took us to the centre of Prague. Hotel has parking slots in nearby parking garage for 17EUR per night.
