Good breakfast and good attendance, but the room is quite small, just as the bathroom, the cleaness is not that good (I found stains in the bed sheets) and be prepared to pay a fee per day - it's not for the hotel, from what I understood. The room is good for two people, three is already too much. Also the hotel is not that near from the public transport (5 min from the bus stop, 10 min from the tram and 15 min from the metro). It makes all the difference when you arrive exausted of walking all day around the city.

We chose this hotel as the photos looked nice and the prices were very competitive. This was our second stop when inter-railing round 5 cities in Europe.

The hotel is quite far from central locations if you are visiting to explore the city. You need to take a bus from a subway to reach it, the stop is quite difficult to find at first. We also be-friended some locals in a bar one night and they informed us that the area we were staying in could be quite dangerous. So I'd recommend getting a taxi home on an evening. There is also a strange establishment a few doors down which offers 'Thai massage, sauna and bowling.' This amused us a lot!

Our room faced the main road and this was incredibly noisy with loud banging sounds every time lorries went past (which was very frequent.) However given the lack of air con we had to keep the window open. The layout of the room was also strange- the back of the bed wasn't against a wall. Nevertheless, the room had clearly been refurbished only recently and was very clean. Breakfast was also included. The choice was reasonable for a small hotel and the food was tasty. There is a terrace at the rear of the hotel so you can dine al fresco.

I stayed in this hotel in March 2013, and found it to be a very comfortable clean hotel. The rooms were spacious with modern furniture and an excellent flat screen tv. The bed was very comfortable with large pillows. The choice of breakfast was very good with a good selection of cereals, hot food, fruit, yogurt, teas, and coffee.
The only downsides to this hotel for me is that they allow dogs and on the first night I could hear a dog barking in the floor below all night. Also in the hotel there is a list of charges in case of breakages to any items in the hotel room, I felt that this was a bit negative.
The location of the hotel is very good, but not excellent. It is around 1 hour from the airport by public transport. Just get the 119 airport - city express bus to Dejvicka, and then get the no 5 tram to Lapanska and walk about 8 mins. There are many other routes but this is the one I chose. Also the hotel is quite accessible to the city centre by getting the number 9 tram from Lapanska or the 207 bus from just down the road from the hotel.
All in all my stay was very good and I would stay here again when I next visit Prague.

Started with a easy check in,we already knew about the small city tax so this was no surprise, the receptionist was great and very helpful with ideas on transport to the city and with things to do.The room we had was a clean twin room, with comfy beds, great shower/toilet room and a wardrobe/changing room area. The room had FREE very good air con, internet and a room safe with a small fridge and telly.Although there was a main`ish road outside our room,we never heard any traffic noise.Breakfast came with the price of the room, and it was lovely. The 2 women who cooked and set out the food were nice and polite and when asked soon replenished anything that was low or run out.All in all, although this place is a 20 min walk down to town, the bus and tram network make it really easy to get there and back (buy a 1 or 3 day pass and your covered for unlimited use of both for the duration of the ticket) i would definitely stay here again. There are shops and places to eat virtually right outside the door.Thumbs up from me and hoping to go back one day.

It was our first visit to Prague and had been traveling with my friend for over 2 weeks already through Europe. Our plan was to arrive early, leave our bags at the hotel and do some sightseeing to be able to have an additional full day since we would visit only for 2 nights. Little did we know that we would be completely exhausted and sick as we were reaching the end of our trip, therefore had no energy to go out. This is why we were so incredibly grateful that such an early check in was allowed for us once a room was available 5 hours prior to the check in time. We were able to rest and recover strength to go out and enjoy Prague, that provided to us so much added value to the fact that is such a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. We will recommend it for futures stays of our friends and we would stay there any time we visit Prague again.

Location: the location is not great, but for exploring Prague we found it ok. There is a bus stop just a few hundred meters down the road that get's you to the old town in less than 10 minutes and the Charles bridge in about 15. (Bus 207) There is also a tram stop nearby but we never used it. Hotel staff: The staff was fairly friendly and helpful, but we also got the same treatment as others mentioned during checkout they send someone to check the room and minibar. I've never seen that happen anywhere before so found it quite strange. Housekeeping started cleaning rooms at 7am with a VERY loud vacuum cleaner, and the sound isolation in the hallway meant that it was as good as a vacuum cleaner being switched on next to your head at 7am on a Saturday. Needless to say we could not sleep late once. Room: Our biggest problem was the room. For some reason we got a very small and uncomfortable room - it was actually a single bed room where the bed could expand into a double bed, so there is not much space left in the room. This also meant the mattress is half as thick as it should be, so we got VERY thin mattresses. The bed is NOT angled so that the head-end is against the wall but perpendicular to that, so one person has to sleep next to the wall with no place to easily get out of bed except climbing over the other. This also means you cannot lie in bed reading, because there is nothing much to prop your head up against. The bathroom felt like a hospital bathroom, also very uncomfortable and weird. Towels felt like they come from the 1950s. The room did not look anything like the photos we see here on tripadvisor or elsewhere, so maybe we were just unlucky. We did however get a room to the back of the hotel which was quieter, but that did not help much with the 7am vacuum cleaner wakeup call. The room was clean, but it was never cleaned again during our stay there, which we also found weird! Wifi: internet connection was good and usable. Breakfast: The breakfast room was over crowded every morning with not enough space for people to sit. The bread and cheese tasted old and stale and no one really liked the coffee, and as others pointed out in reviews here the "juice" concoction was just horrible.
We enjoyed exploring Prague and as just a place to sleep this hotel was "ok" for that, but we would not recommend this as a good hotel to anyone based on our experience.

We ended up at this Hotel by accident after beng turned down by another 4 star nearby. This Hotel has a secure car park, quite a rare thing to find in Prague.
The receptionist called Katerina (I believe to remember) hosted us warmly and friendly but still professional and assigned us a nice quiet air conditioned double room at € 99,00, that was rated € 160,00 on Booking.com.
Breakfast was modest but various with typical local specialties.
Car park was guarded and 2 mins walk from the hotel.
A fair quality -price value for money!

First I'd like to say that the hotel has been totally renewed, as it still smelled of fresh paint and new furniture, which is for me a very good sign. There was some mishap for my reservation (lastminute.com, booked me on a different name, why I'll never know), fortunately the staff was more than understanding and welcomed us.

Some may point out that the location is a bit far, actually it's not that far (30-40 mins walking, 10-15 mins by bus/tram to the centre), and it has 2 great things : there's a supermarket just on the opposite side of the street, if there's any need for it, and there's a convenience store just a few blocks down the road.
The hotel is located between Florenc station, Flora station (metro) Lipanska and Biskupcova (tram) and a lot of bus stops. It's a bit far to walk all the way to the city centre, but with the pass for bus/metro/tram you're there in no time. The only problem is coming from the airport, which takes quite some time.
Now the room was also brand new, well furnished with dresser, desk, hair dryer, LCD TV etc... The only thing that was missing was shampoo and toothpaste, but as I said, supermarket right in front of the hotel !
The breakfast was absolutely awesome, the buffet may look small at first but it is well prepared, with a large choice of styles : sausages, eggs, bacon, veggies and salad and ham, but also a big variety of bread, croissants, muffins, and finally fruits and cereals. Overall one the best I had in Europe in years in a hotel for this price range. Get there early though, because by 9:30, all the other customers have devoured all the goodies.

One other good thing is that being very close to Florenc, we were able to book a bus ride to Český Krumlov, it's nice to be so close to the terminal, and I can't recommend you enough to visit this small town, only 3hours away from Prague.

Overall, an excellent hotel, the staff is discreet and ready to help you at any time, their English is flawless. It also has free wifi in the rooms, sometimes a bit slow, but still it's a nice plus.

We will definitely be back !

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Be aware of old and misleading reviews. This is not a 3/4 star hotel, this is a 2 star hotel.
The bar and the restaurant have closed down permanently, even though pictures on their website and descriptions on booking sites would have you believe otherwise.
No common area, just a waiting seating near a narrow reception.
Aircondition was disabled.
Rooms are not soundproof, I could easily hear TV's from other rooms.
bedbugs found in 3 rooms within our group. Got a very distinct feeling the staff was well aware.
No minibar.
No water heater or coffee machine in the rooms.
Breakfast was barely ok, but get there early or risk empty trays.
