I had an incredible stay here with a friend for 3 nights in February.

From the beginning the staff were so friendly & helpful. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco & Filip at reception gave us a map and let us know all the essential places to visit during our stay including restaurant & sight-seeing recommendations. The staff at reception helped us with out luggage & were extremely helpful in getting us settled for our stay.
The rooms are very comfortable & clean. It was cold in Prague during our visit & there was no problem getting extra blankets.
The bathroom was perfect & plenty of hot water available. Dressing gowns & slippers were provided for us.
The small bar at the lobby is cosy & stylish with lots of drinks options & friendly staff.
There is beautiful Czech glassware to be found all across the hotel, including in the bedrooms & the amazing piece in the stairwell.
The hotel itself is about 5 minutes from the old town square if you’re a fast walker; there is a gorgeous cafe across the main entrance called Elvira that serves lovely coffees & cakes.
When we were leaving, a taxi was arranged for us easily by reception staff.

Overall we had an incredible stay & I have already recommended this hotel to family & friends, and will continue to do so.

Thank you! :)

A newly open hotel just a very short walk from the old town square. An ideal location to explore Prague for. We had the big room with sofa.

It was comfortable, cozy, with a small balcony, a small bit non functional kitchen (only for making coffee and tap water), bathtub that was nice and an awesome huge TV with Netflix and cast option. The cast worked perfectly unlike other places I’ve been to. The room was cleaned very well every day, you just press a button in your room when you go out and they clean the room until you are back.

The breakfast was small but great value. There is a very small lobby bar as well where you can find even cocktails. Prices are very good.

The place has a real home feeling. If it had room service would have be just perfect.

I am very happy i booked this place.

Beautiful and fully renovated, like new boutique hotel. Very kind and professional staff helped us with dinner reservations and car service and more. Great location, close to everything! Rooms are smaller, like most European hotels, but sleek, modern, very functional and conducive for R&R. Breakfast was very good but got crowded each day around 9am. They handled it well, but it’s best to go earlier or later. Nice lobby bar, but not staffed when we visited. Can’t go wrong with this well located, gorgeous hotel.

I was expecting amazing service due to other reviews, but it was even better than I have ever imagined. The hotel is very beautiful, new, with a lovely design, clean. It is in a great area, just a few minutes away from the Astronomical Clock, great restaurants, transport and the Vltava. You have everything within easy reach. The staff is friendly, kind and will give you advice on anything you need. They helped us with the parking and they even offered to put our bags in our car. Breakfast is offered in the most beautiful breakfast room I have ever seen, the staff there is also extremely hospitable and the range of foods and drinks is amazing. I strongly recommend the Salmon Eggs Benedict, however everything looks and tastes very fresh. Coffee is also of great selection, they have the fanciest coffee machine. Please try the signature cocktails at the bar, the bartenders there invented delicious recipes. Thank you for everything, Allure Hotel!

This small hotel is fabulous!
We stayed for four nights. It is a relatively new hotel in a refurbished older building with generous well appointed rooms (we had a deluxe double) and the most comfortable bed experienced in a hotel room in many years. I can say this confidently as we are regular travellers.
While Allure Hotel doesn’t have a restaurant (lots of great food options within a few hundred metres), it has a small friendly bar and a generous, varied breakfast buffet.
The staff are amazing, the decor is wonderful and the lovely perfumed aroma as you walk in the main door is so welcoming.
Room amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, heated towel rail and underfloor heating in the bathroom, Molten Brown toiletries and even a live plant. Plenty or wardrobe space and an effective hair dryer. Aircon but windows open if you want fresh air. It’s a pretty quiet area so outside noise is not an issue.
Location is right in the Jewish Quarter and only five minutes walk from the main old town square.
Highly recommended.

After reading the reviews on here we decided to book a 4 night stay at the Allure, wow it surpassed all our expectations, the first mention is to the staff each and everyone who we encountered were just so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble I know it has been mentioned previously but you really do feel like part of a family. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect the taxi they organised for airport transfer, complimentary arrival drinks, the delicious homemade cake in our room upon arrival and the daily complimentary water, the room (201) itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and well designed. We requested an ironing board and it was with us within minutes, the reception staff and hotel porter were particularly helpful with local information, recommendations and booking restaurants which were all first class. The breakfast team couldn’t have done more to help not to mention the delicious breakfast from the wide choice of buffet to dishes cooked to order. All in all we cannot rate this hotel more highly 10/10, we would like to extend our genuine thanks for a wonderful stay and we very much look forward to returning.

Where to start the hotel is a beautiful building mintues away from Old Town Square its in a perfect location too see all the sights and sounds of Prague.
The cleanliness and quality of the fixtures, furnishings and the overall design is of an high quality making it a comfortable stay.
What makes this Hotel stand out from all the others that I have stayed at is the staff. Nothing was too big off a problem , they were always going the extra mile to improve the quality of my stay and others in the group.
There needs to be a special shout out to few members of staff in particular:
Lucie and Anna on Reception who made us feel welcome , always wanting to help and their postive attitudes enhancing our stay.
Frank - who always went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time and making sure there was always engough Jagermeister!
Lucie on the bar who kept the drinks flowing and have a top attitude.
Finally Filip and Marek who provided us great recommendations on where to go throughout the trip.
Overall a must stay if visiting Prague.

So pros are great location and brand new rooms.

Cons are we slept terribly here! Had a connecting room on the first floor and despite the “sound proof walls” claim we could hear every footstep above us (starting at 7am) and the room next to us (even phones ringing and their bickering at 11pm). Our room was also too warm to sleep (24C or 75F) with no way to control the temperature as the thermostat didn’t allow us to lower the temperature. We opened windows to attempt to help but due to outside noise and being on the first floor couldn’t leave them open all night. We turned the thermostat to away on the recommendation of the front desk and even still the room got too warm to sleep comfortably within hours. When checking out we mentioned these issues again, and we finally got an apology from a new person at the desk who said “they should’ve switched your room!” Yes, they should’ve. It’s disappointing as everyone had such good things to say about this place. Between the noise, temperature issues, and lack of help resolving our issues (I called about noise and spoke in person to the front desk after the first night) I can’t recommend this place.

We had an amazing 5 nights stay at Allure. We landed in Prague on a snowy day, but as soon we approached the front doors of the hotel, Filip welcomed us right away and even helped us with our luggages. The welcome drinks were refreshing. Filip was very attentive and even recommended us restaurants as we wanted to try local food. The room was beautiful and so was breakfast. The staff at the breakfast area were very gracious, especially the guy welcoming guests, we forgot his name. It was also a pleasant surprise that they made an effort to make our birthdays extra special, a cake and glasses of champagne during breakfast plus another bottle of wine sent to our bedroom. We loved our stay at Allure. I think what made the hotel even beautiful is not the aesthetic feel of it, but the fantastic staff they have which made this place a gem.
