We love our stay at Abito hotel cos it’s accessible to the centrum
and also to central station.
The front desk are also friendly and hander us a brochure to give us a glimpse which trams and busses to take.
Kaufland is 5 mins walk from
the hotel and Burger king is just a foot step away to grab your midnight snacks.
Defenitely ,we are going stay here again in the near future.
Our room # 156
is on the 10th floor and hopefully in the near future it would be lovely if we could get this room again.
Thank you Abito hotel for giving us a pleasant stay here.
Keep
up
the
Good
work!

Hotel is located a bit out of the city, but tram station is in front of the hotel, so you can get to the city centre in about 20 minutes.. Trams come every 10-20 minute, so it's easy to find your way. Even though it looks a bit old, i was suprised with the rooms, they're very nice :)
Would recommend for everyone on the budget. :)

I stayed in this hotel with my friend for one night (23.5.-24.5.). This hotel was really good. The room was big enough, the beds were amazing - I slept like a baby. Bathroom and toilet were clean, with shower gel, two towels for each person. There was no hair dryer. We were at the 12th floor, so the view was amazing. There is no air-conditioning and it was extremely hot in the room. We had to open the windows but the hotel is near a busy road and it was really noisy. A huge disadvantage is that there's no wifi in the rooms just at the front desk, About breakfast - you can choose whatever you want- fruit, vegetable, bread, youghurt, cereals, eggs, ham, cheese, milk, coffe- simply everything. This hotel is far from the city center but there is a bus stop in the front of the hotel and the tickets are cheap (you can buy them at the front desk).
I highly recommend this hotel, it's worth the money and you will find everything you need.

We stayed for three nights in Abito Hotel in July which we booked through booking.com. It had a good rating. But our stay was terrible in this hotel as the hotel did not have fan or ac. Rooms were so hot and suffocating. We had to leave two big windows wide open and worst thing when u open the windows is that the railway tracks are just outside disturbing you the whole night. We could not sleep for three days during our stay. There is no wifi in the room only in the reception.

The only good thing is the spacious room and the price. Price was quite reasonable and distance to the city centre was not that far. With 18 minutes in a tram, new town was accessible. I would not recommend this hotel during summer.

We choosed this hotel on booking.com as it seems to offer a good combination of value and location and a few perks like free breakfast, etc.

The hotel itself is quite far from the downtown area where all exciting sites are located. Tram 11 is located right across the main door and takes you to an exchage in less than 20 minutes where you can keep travelling towards the Old Town Square with Tram 18. You can hear pretty much everything from the street and on our side, the fire station was right below us, making it very pleasant at 7 am when they are doing their siren checks...

Rooms are basics with not much frills which is what we paid for. Although there was 4 beds in our rooms, only one side has a TV, a very small TV and not much is available in English. There is free Wi-Fi internet in the lobby and there are no chances to get internet in the rooms as there are no connections. As for the lobby... well the building look likes an old military kaserne building so there are 2 benches were you can sit to check your email and such.

Breakfast was plenty and the restaurant is located in a series of side-by-side rooms were they removed the walls in between rooms. Kitchen staff was pleasant and breakfast is included in the room price.

Cleaning services were very basic; We had to get down and ask the staff for a roll of toilet paper. Since they left with the towels without replacing all of them, we had to share the towel since the night staff could not help on that. Basically we were told to suck it up until the next day. Beds were not comfy what so ever and again, reminded me of the good old military kaserne sleeping accomodations.

Staff at the desk was pleasant but not much knowledgeable of the tramway and bus system. As we went down for the towel and toilet paper, the attendant was busy watching YouTube clips with his buddies. We will definitely go somewhere else next time.

We decided to stay in this hotel on our way back from holidays in Romania.
The hotel is located close to the highway and it is perfect as a transithotel.
Upon arrival, the staff was polite and friendly.
The rooms were very clean and modernised, although the beds are a little bit hard.
All facilities in the room were well maintained and clean.
In the morning, the breakfast was varied and good
The hotel has a good accessibility to the city center of Prague, both by tram and by car.
The only remarks that we have, was that the parking space was badly maintained and the railway in the back of the hotel might cause noise for bad sleepers, but did not have that problem.
Also, wifi is only available at the lobby.

This hotel faces the train track which allows one to listen to trains all night. There is also a fire station directly next to it which is quite noisy. Next to the fire station is a makeshift community of travel trailers. The whole surrounding neighborhood leaves alot to be desired. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the room was big and clean. And for the hot natured...there is no AC. Some of the front desk staff were extremely helpful while others were rude.

Room Tip: If there is a side opposite the train track/fire station/shanty town I would ask for that.

Dear Geewhiz1349, thank you for your comment on your stay in our hotel. We realize negative points as a neighborhood, which has not a downtown image. We try to profile us a cheap hotel with a good-quality accomodation and with very quick traffic connection to the centre of Prague. We plan AC in rooms for next season. Best regards, Lukáš Kuneš, hotel manager

Pluses: Great value for money, new or renovated hotel; quiet & spacious room, mini-fridge; nice buffet breakfast; tram station right in front of the hotel (for downtown: 11 tram and then change to Muzeum metro station, around 25 minutes), map with information about tram & metro in the room; close to a Kaufland hypermarket; very good coffee at the automatic machine next to the reception.
Minuses: Wi-fi internet only available in the hotel's lobby (bad impression for a three stars hotel). The rest are minor things, but let's see some: no hairdryer; orange & apple juice served at breakfast's automatic machine are undrinkable; toilet and the shower place are in different rooms and the toilet space is very small (may be suitable for yoga posture); very few tv channels and only in czech language.
Overall: good price for the value we expected, i recommend this hotel if you're not very demanding about positioning, also for those travellers with personal or rented cars.
