Located in Prague 2 near namestie miru subway station which gives you a good mean of transport to almost everywhere and near tram 22 that takes you very close to the castle. The neighbourhood is quiet, clean and with many bars and restaurants. Only star that I took is for the little bit old look of the furniture even though... More

This would have been an average review, but mold in the bathroom is unacceptable. The shower had mold all over the inside. Someone else mentioned it in a review 2 years back, it seems like nothing has been done since. Avoid this place!

First of all, there is no elevator. To reach our room we had to use the stairs. The room was quite big, the furniture really old. Breakfast is also included, which was good enough, given the low cost of the room. I would go there again, only if they would tell me that they provide better mattresses!!

On arrival at this place we had to stand outside for ages until the one and only staff member pitched up to let us in. There is no elevator so beware if you travel with a lot of luggage. The building is like a morgue, were there other people there??? Spartan is the best description I can manage for our... More

Our flight to Prague was delayed, and we arrived very late in the middle of the night. The receptionist waited for us until much later than she said she would, and even gave us a discount on the late fees we had to pay! She gave us Room 8 on the 3rd floor, and we were impressed with the size... More

When I arrived at this place I had to wait outside the main door for half an hour, because the only person in the staff was cleaning the rooms. She is responsible for the cleaning, the reception, arranging the breakfast, which was terrible with very old fruits and bread from the previous day. This awful place is very far from... More

We made reservation directly from hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival the radiator didn't work in our room, she quickly brought electric heater. The problem was fixed next day. Breakfasts as ascetic as the whole hotel was: yogurt, bread, some ham and sausage, tea and coffee in pot. The furniture is quite old, but wooden. Cleaning... More

My girlfriend and I where guests in this hotel from the 11.09.2014 to the 17.09.2014. I wrote this review because we were not asked if there was any problem with our room (room number 2) during our stay. This was the first time in a hotel that I was not asked this question and I am pretty sure why. My... More

Staying in Vinohrady & Vrsovice

Neighborhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighborhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
