A very pleasant hostel quite near the city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet; it is possible to park on the street outside, if you're lucky. Everything was ok, the room had all the necessary equipment. There were two bathrooms and a separate toilet, a nice kitchen and a spacious coving (common) room.

This review is coming from someone who lets say.. can be very fussy! My boyfriend and I visited Prague in October and as we were on a tight budget, we were looking for a place that sounded good but also that we could afford. Adam and Eva hostel exceeded our expectations and then some. The owners/staff contacted us before we arrived to see when we would be getting to the hostel to ensure someone was there to meet us. They gave us directions beforehand on how to get there from the airport whether it was by bus, tram or taxi. (We took both the tram and the bus). When we arrived around 7:30pm, we were greeted by a very nice guy who gave us a map and some information about Prague. He also drew on the map where he thinks we would enjoy. Due to it being off season we were given the choice of two lovely rooms. We picked the one to the back of the hostel nearest the kitchen. It was spotless, beautiful to look at and was cosy too. I literally could not fault the room. We had plenty of storeage and there was a lovely view of buildings and a garden from the window. The kitchen again was immaculate and came equipped with utensils and plates so we could cook in the hostel. We slept so well there, the covers smelled beautiful and fresh and clearly whoever cleans the hostel knows what she is doing. I can't mention how clean it was enough. The hostel is situated in a quiet area, but everything in Prague (in our opinion) is within walking distance. There was lovely restaurants, cafes and grocery stores close by and walking along the bridge at night is just lovely. We felt safe, happy and most importantly at home in the hostel and I feel the owners of Adam and Eva should know what a lovely experience they gave us. I loved it. I feel you contributed to our stay in Prague by giving us such a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone. I could not fault it in the slightest. Beautiful !

The hostel was really clean, in a great location and the staff were so helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend this hostel! Lovely calm atmosphere in the hostel - and made friends with two other guests. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the hostel is at a great location to the centre for other activities. There are also small supermarkets such as Tesco express about a 5 minute walk away - which makes breakfast really easy - and if you are on a budget or not you can buy food and prepare it at the hostel. Overall a lovely hostel!

Staff is great, rooms and common areas are super clean and location is strategic. Been to many hostels and this one is surely one of the best. When I go back to Prague, I'll be back at Adam & Eva, it's totally worthy.

Adam & Eva was a safe, quiet, perfect location in the heart of Prague. Everything was with in walking distance. 5 minutes to the National Theater where I caught a beautiful ballet, 10 minutes to Kampa (a perfect beautiful Island), and 5 minutes from two of the best eateries in Prague (Cafe Savoy and Bella Vida Cafe).

I stayed in a Single room for 2 days and it was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. I had my own key and no one was allowed in my room. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

The kitchen was cute and stocked with food and coffee and even the bathrooms had nice toiletries fore everyone to use. You won't find a better location than this. It almost has a hotel vibe, but very homey and personal too. A cute balcony as well that overlooks into a courtyard of other apartments. It's very cute. Perfect for the solo traveler or even groups. A gem.

Best of all, so affordable and worth every penny.

I really liked this stay. It's cheap and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. It's close to a great breakfast place and it's not that long walk to the center of Prague. I really recommend this hostel!

I hadn't stayed in a hostel for many years and really didn't know what to expect. Needed a 1-night stay in Prague near enough to the old-town to walk. Found A&E and it seemed to fit the bill. It was far better than I expected. Spotless (especially the bathrooms) and really modern decor. Got a good night sleep. Had some coffee and a chat to Eva in the morning and used the free internet. Eva gave me a tip to go to "Louvre" for breakfast and that was also a positive experience (thanks Eva). I can't see how any other hostel could be better!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Adam&Eva. A little far from the subway stop, the hostel is otherwise in an excellent location. It's just a few blocks away from the Prague castle neighborhood, and just across the river from the Old Town. The hostel is beautiful and has a great kitchen on each floor - we were able to cook dinner for ourselves, which was a welcome break from eating out so often. Definitely recommend this hostel! Thanks for such a lovely stay!

I will get the bad bit out of the way first, we had our bags stolen. It was 7am, no one around other than us, so we left our bags in the room a few minutes before leaving. Returning to find them gone. We never found out who it was however the staff were helpful after the event, even if the police were not. We found the police extremely unhelpful and treated us like just another dumb tourist.

The Hostel itself is great, very spacious rooms with the usual bunk bed arrangement. Communal areas were great and we felt really at home in the hostel, potentially why we were ‘careless’ with our bags leaving them outside the locker.

The location is not the best but okay, it is over the river and a good 10min walk to all amenities however we knew this when booking and considering the price to quality ratio of the hostel it is worth the extra walk. You can also get the tram from just around the corner too.

Overall good little hostel and I would have recommended had our bags not been stolen. That being said we have never stayed in a hostel again since, so if it is your thing then I would recommend.
