This hotel has a slightly faded old style european elegance. There is historic furniture in the lobby, old fashioned lift, and historic breakfast room. We had a two roomed family suite which was ideal. The hotel is close to the underground and so has easy access to the city centre. The breakfast was very good with a great choice of fruit, cake, breads etc. Overall good value for a family.

Fabulous hotel for the price. Very friendly reception team who were helpful and all spoke superb English. The room was amazing. Big in size, lovely views across to the park gardens opposite. A very clean comfortable hotel with good service. Their buffet breakfasts were superb with a wide range of food and drinks on offer. Location is good and a 20 to 15 minute walk to the top of Wenszlesas square and museum. Can highly recommend this hotel.

I booked six nights at this hotel on a major booking site. The next day I received an email from them notifying me that the hotel was closed and that my reservation had been transferred to a sister property halfway across the city. Any hotel or management that would willingly accept reservations knowing that the hotel in question is closed is dirty and dishonest. I visited this hotel just for one night with my boyfriend. It was very very nice visit. The room gets hot but they have airconditioning. They also have very very good food, which is very important for us. They let us check in early even without paying extra. The service was nice, room was clean. My boyfriend was the most excited about the bathroom in the hotel room haha :D The vibes of the hotel are giving luxurious. Regarding area, it is pretty close form the main station and the centre of Prague so I would definitelly suggest this hotel to anyone

Absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We were in room 103, which was extremely spacious and had a balcony overlooking the park. It was lovely. Spotlessly clean. For us the location was perfect. It is just outside the centre but very well served by public transport. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of choice replenished regularly. All of the staff were most friendly and courteous. Customer service was exemplary. Huge thanks to Ksenia who had emailed me very clear instructions as to how to get from the airport to the hotel. We cannot wait to go back. Děkuji mnohokrát.

Just came back from Prague where we stayed at La Fenice. Super convenient location with walking distance to the Old Town and even to the excellent yet undervalued Vysehrad Castle. Metro station and tram are close by if you don't feel like walking. The hotel itself is comfortable well-maintained with friendly and professional staff. Very clean hotel, fairly central area. about 20/25 minutes walk to get to the old town. We have always moved on foot but I have seen many trams pass by. Close to Wenceslas Square.
