- Extremely old hotel, needs a lot of refurbishments (shower heads broken, very old carpets, ...) Rooms are nothing like in the pictures - Very thin walls: you hear your neighbours talking, shower and doing all kinds of other stuff - No decent curtains, which make the room very bright as of 4 am - No elevator to the top 2 floors - Breakfast room is extremely crowded and noisy - Exchange rate is fair but staf does some rounding - Parking is extremely small and difficult to manoeuvre

Was due to stay for 4 nights here starting Sunday the 23rd of June however the hotel without any prior warning attempted to charge my card a week before we travelled despite being previously told we could pay the full amount on arrival. Due to the card I used to book the hotel several months ago now being a card I no longer use this transaction did not go through and because of this the hotel emailed me to say our booking was cancelled. I then tried calling several times over the next few days and emailed several times to no response. In these emails I explained the situation and stated I would be more than willing to pay whatever deposit or charge they needed on a different card however I am yet to hear back 5 days later. Have now had to book another hotel for a higher price due to the last minute nature of the booking putting 12 people out of pocket. Avoid at all costs

This hotel was just what we wanted. The staff were helpful and friendly, they suggested places to eat and all were good. 100 m from metro and 3 stops to Wenceslass square. Breakfast was brilliant enough of everything.

What a lovely place this was, friendly staff very clean, the decor seemed to belong to the 1970's but these eastern Europe countries do. (Not a complaint though). Defo one to stay at again even though we stayed only a couple of nights it was very nice...

Was in Prague for a hen party and had an amazing time in the city. However we came upon some trouble, where an uber driver held 2 of our party phones after we accidentally left them in his car. The uber driver did not speak English, this is were Roman and Rostislav were incredible. They went above and beyond. They helped translate for us and after what was a huge struggle we got them back. Rostislav did not stop here when helping us and ensuring that we were safe. Are stay in the city was made even better with with them. The rooms were amazing and clean, the breakfast was great and good location as well. Highly recommend.
