Detailed Reviews
W stayed here for 3 nights in between Christmas and new year. The hotel is in a great location only 4 stops on the metro from central Prague. We liked the location and plenty of places to eat near by. The hotel staff where very helpful on the reception desk and went out of their way to point out places on the maps.
The hotel is dated and we where on the 5th floor which was very tired. Breakfast was very busy with only one toast machine and coffee machine so as very busy with a lot of traffic. The ladies clearing the breakfast room seemed particularly unhappy to be there, never a smile or a good morning which was a shame as it would have made for a much nicer feel.

Amazing location in the middle of a local, trendy, upper middle class area. Nice and chill, not crowded, no touristy BS. Amazing food, nightlife, gay bars all around. Easy to get to the city center by tram or subway…anywhere is easy honestly. The Vinorhady neighborhood is a true gem and you can absolutely live like a young professional does - parks nearby, beer gardens, cocktails, cafes etc.
Extremely comfy bed. Ask for an extra pillow. They’re huge and soft and cozy. Our double room with two twin beds, 303, was MASSIVE. Extremely great value for the money! Hotel had an old classic European small hotel vibe. NO AIR CONDITIONING but it doesn’t matter in the Fall! The room did have a ceiling fan and big windows that opened onto the street. Only noise was tram and cars, not like a stream of drunk people.
The “bad:” absolutely ridiculously tiny shower. Bathroom itself lots of space, but the shower was just teeny tiny. And I’ve lived in Korea for the past ten years now, and I’m used to tiny. You literally can’t move. I would rinse myself in the shower, turn it off, and step outside to soap/shampoo, then get back in for a rinse.
Breakfast selection was ok. Good Coffee, juice, eggs, sausage - the basics. However the real problem was the cleaning staff. They were aggressively fast and would clear plates every time you would get up to go the the buffet. Happened multiple times over several days.
Absolutely would stay here again when I come back to Prague!

The hotel in general is a decent place to visit. The personel were kind and helpful when needed something. The breakfast was delicious and if trays were empty the personel would make a refill. The hotel is well located.

The reason I rate this hotel so low is because the walls are so thin! You can hear absolutely everything we hardly slept at all during our stay because the people above us and around us were constantly talking with what sounded very loud as if they were in our room.. and you could hear bad snoring at times too. The rooms were very basic and smelt musky. Breakfast was average. This hotel states its a 4 star and it clearly is NOT 4 star hotel. They clean the room daily which is good and it's about a 25 minute walk to the main city there are trams but if you want to avoid crowds I'd recommend walking!

This hotel advertises itself as four star. I am baffled how and who awarded this place as such. We were checked in and nobody took us to our room. It was a maze to find our room. When we did we were shocked to find the smallest hotel room ever witnessed. My closet is bigger at home. The decor is dated and the pictures on line are shot with a wide angle lense. There is no bar and no facilities at all. The hotel seemed vacant except for us. There is a musty smell throughout the entire premises. The location leaves something to be desired... Avoid at all costs

Terrible living room. The rooms are dirty, there is no heating and hot water does not come in the shower. Food a scandal, they don’t even have oil and not even dogs would eat it. The grumpy staff. I would have given zero stars if I could. I should be paid to be here.

I was really satisfied with this hotel.
The rooms were pretty big and most importantly - clean. I was surprised with the size of the bed, it was quite large and same goes for the shower. I also appreciated that there was a kettle in our room.
We had breakfast included in the price and honestly it couldn't have been better. We could choose from several kinds of pastries, they had fresh fruit, some hot meals etc.
About 3 minutes of walk, there is a underground station, so you can quickly get to the city center from the hotel. There is also a supermarket just in front of the hotel and also some (mostly asian) restaurants just around the block.
I also appreciated the 24h reception, since we could come back to the hotel even late at night.

It is very far from the expected level of a 4-star hotel! It is NOT close to Vencel square. The room is small and uncomfortable, the receptionist is rude, the corridors are disappointing. There is no elevator ín the second building, (ín the first building there is one elevator for the 400 rooms).

We arrived Prague Airport and hotel driver took us to the hotel. US $ 30/- was the charge. We reached the hotel and reception was 5 steps down. For elderly persons to carry suitcases down to reception and up to the road level would be difficult. Request the reception and he may assist to carry suitcases. Reception is very small.
Rooms are clean and acceptable. For 3 nights, I paid Euro 180/- including breakfast. Varieties in the breakfast lounge was good with lots of varieties and juices.
About 200 meters, there is a metro underground station which takes the passenger anywhere in the city. That is a plus point for this hotel. Diagonally across the street, there is a fair size decent supermarket and nearby there is a shwarma shop. Another plus point.
Hotel is in good location and Mrs Inna is very helpful at the reception. I would give 6 out of 10 marks for this hotel.

Nice stay in good location of Prague! I stay here with my bf, we book double room. The price was very good! Room nice and clean. What i just didnt like was a bed , we book double bed but on the room was twin bed put in one double bed which is at all not comfortable, but for one night ok, but even i was not sleeping well. Also only one big pillow not very soft so my neck was hurts at the morning. But not a tragedie. Breakfast was very nice big choise of all food you need at the morning. Breakfast staff can be more friendly and smile sometimes is big plus and cost nothing. But for sure nice hotel in very nice location of Prague (Jiriho z Podebrad) i love this area. But for the price we get, we will sure back in future.

2 PM. If a room is ready, most hotels will allow it. Don't expect this to happen, though.
I arrived at 11 AM on a Friday and they let me store my bags, but could not enter the room until 2 PM.
Dear Madam,
thank you for your enquiry! By public transport you can take an Airport Bus to Nadrazi Veleslavin stop of subway line A (the green one). Then take the subway to Jiriho z Podebrad stop and then walk about 200m up the Vinohradska street.
Or you can use our hotel car transfer service for CZK:650,-. In that case, please do not hesitate to contact our hotel reception anytime.
Thank you again and I wish you a pleasant journey to our beautiful city!
E.Aljanabi, QC Manager
