We stayed at Hostel Dakura for 4 nights in a double room with shared bathroom. The room itself was spacious and has all the basic amenities (bed, table, chairs, window that opens, electric sockets, closets, wash basin). The towels are also provided. Wifi was also available in-room but very weak. The signal is relatively stronger outside in the corridor. There... More

I found hostel dakura to be a very nice hostel, very welcoming receptionist called Lucas I think, he was kind and helpful always! The room was lovely but the bed was too hard for me, though my boyfriend was fine with it! Most of our experience here was perfect apart from sadly other guests.. At 5 in the morning I... More

We have stayed in the Dejvice area of Prague for the last 10/11 years, so we know the area well. We have normally stayed in hotels but liked the idea of staying in the private apartment on the top floor. Here are the pros and cons. Pros. The apartment was very spacious, hallway ,dinning area, kitchen, toilet, shower room and... More

A bit out the way of bars and restaurants but a short walk from the bridge and castle. It's a very quiet area. Basic rooms that do the job either wi-fi reaching all areas. Best quality showers I've ever used at a 'cheap' hostel. Clean and tidy. Like I said, basic but I had no problems for the quick three... More

The Hostel is just a few minutes by foot from Hradčanská metro station (before my stay I've received an e-mail with arrival information: a map and photo) and about fifteen minutes from Hradčany. The staff was helpful. Room was clean (it was cleaned every day by staff), large with wardrobe, table, comfortable bed and basin. I would like to stay... More

We stayed for 4 nights in their apartment. With two bedrooms, our own bathroom, kitchen and dining room it was sound cheap accommodation for our family. It was quiet, reception very friendly and in easy reach of the metro, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. We found some lovely places and could pop in and out of the city. It is still... More

Reception is good, but the room is like a transformed office. It was cold, the shower had no separate light, no toilet in the room, but on the corridor. 2 mens restroom for a floor. You can imagine morning...No breakfast, parking is a disaster. Never go back.

At first I was a bit worried about the location, a little out of the center, but actually it was perfect: the hostel is just next to a very good metro / tram / bus station, is in a quiet neighborhood and you can find everything you need (ATM, shop, pharmacy, restaurants, bars...) less than three minutes away. Regarding the... More
