The best hostel that I have visited. Everything is cleaned, free coffes and hot chocolate, as well as free water (which is expensive in Prague :)). Great people and service, they are available 24/7. Great location of hostel. Free tours amazing, especially with segways :)

How many hostels out there offer you a drink when you check in?? The simple gesture was enough to floor me and it was just an indication of good things to follow. Best location in Prague (bang on charles bridge), really friendly and helpful staff. The roos are nice and comfortable, more like mini appartments, each set with there own... More

The rooms were decent sized and the beds comfy! Kitchen was pretty modern and shower room was really nice, with powerful showers! A lot of people seemed to share ing one toilet... More

This place is very close to old city and the famous Charles Bridge. The staff is very kind and give you all the information you need. They also have an atm machine and tram/subway ticket vending machine here.

I have been in dozens of hostels around the world but always missed the atmonsphere you get here. Usually, you are a customer, in this brilliant hostel you are a friend. The staff is super friendly and funny. Coffee, tea, water and hot choclate (my favourite) are for free - what a brilliant idea. Just enjoy a comfortable time in... More

This hostel iss just excellent! Location is perfect and it's also relatively cheap! We had a surprisingly spacious and well equipped 4-person apartment. The staff is also very kind and helpful. Bottled water, coffee and hot chocolate was for free!:) And we've also got discount for various programs (e.g. boat trip) just because staying in this hostel.

We had a difficult time finding this hostel. Turns out the reception also serves as a tourist information location. When we first got there, it appeared, for lack of a better word, sketchy. I felt like we were renting a room in somebody's house or something. Upon getting to the room, however, all doubts were erased. This hostel has great... More

over the last few months I've stayed in my fair share of average hostel but this one is amazing. Great atmosphere, amazing service, and fantastic rooms. The staff at the front desk are amazing, offering you free coffees and whiskey upon entry and helping you with anything you need from tours to taxis to food! The Segway tours offered are... More

The location can't be beat, and the staff was very nice and helpful. With the office also being an information center, they can set up tours for you or take you on tours themselves! The room was one of the cleaner hostel rooms I stayed in, and the price was great. I would recommend this place to anyone I know... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
