The hotel is situated about 30 minutes walk from the Old Town but with a tram stop around the corner it was not a problem. I downloaded the PID Lítačka app which gave timetable and maps of trams and the metro all in English. I suggest you buy a 72 hour pass at airport as the local transport is excellent and well worth it.

The hotel itself is modern inside and rooms are spacious with all the usual things for a 4 star hotel. As previous reviews have stated the clear glass in the shower cubicle takes a bit of getting used to!! The TV only has one English speaking channel and that is American Business Markets but that didn’t bother us much as we were out and about for most of the days.

Breakfast was fine with usual continental ham and cheese but they also had bacon, beans and scrambled eggs. As we had an early flight the hotel gave us a pre-packed breakfast to take with us which was a nice touch. I couldn’t tell you about the bar as did not use it but there are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and all members of staff were very friendly.

Highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights here, a lovely hotel, about 20 mins walk to old square
We had an executive room which was lovely . Even had a pillow menu
Wine on arrival and late check out with breakfast (Which includes Prosecco!)
Can’t fault our stay
The rooms were cleaned with fresh bedding everyday , it was spotless
Breakfast was lovely with a big choice
We had a few drinks in the bar at the end of the evening. The night concierge , John was just lovely and we had a great chat with over a few g&t’s
We booked this trip as a package and it’s was extremely reasonable , I was very pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the accommodation we were allocated
Would definitely stay there again, no hesitation
Also worth checking out the many restaurants nearby, particularly Matylda which is 5 mins walk, a lot cheaper than the main town obviously but we had a beautiful meal experience there

On my arrival I was welcomed by friendly staff and got the key to my room -203 . I had paid extra for an executive suite and non stop happy hour at the bar .
The room I received was clean but with the word executive suit I expected a bit more . The room I can only describe as you need to be comfortable with the person you travel with as shower and toilet are behind pieces of glass with the toilet glass frosted but with a spot light shining down is a little to the imagination . The room was clean , breakfast had lots of choice and staff were excellent- on our last day our transport did not show and the young lady went out of her way to get us a taxi back to the Airport.
On arrival back in the uk I looked at rooms and there is no difference between an executive suit and a double so don’t pay extra . We have asked for clarification through travel republic and did not get any joy .

We stayed here for 3 nights from 17th feb on the 6th floor. I couldn’t have wished for more. Rooms were amazing. Beds were so comfortable. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Once we understood the metro system travel was very easy and you are a nice enough distance that it isn’t noisy. After reviews I didn’t have high hopes for the breakfast but I was very pleasantly surprised. Lots of choice and even Prosecco which was very nice to wake up to on my birthday! Thanks so much. On our return, this will be the only hotel I consider

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel manager did everything to make us feel at home. He allowed me to work remotely in the lobby area by lowering the music volume and ensuring the place stayed quiet. Also, when we found out we lost out AirPods long after our checkout, he still did everything in his power to help us find them. And of course, the room was wonderful as well. :)

Stayed here with a group of friends on a short break. It was really lovely, impeccably clean, rooms were great, beds really comfortable. We had breakfast which was lovely (glass of Prosecco if you fancy it) it’s about a 15 minute walk to Wenceslas square. Would definitely recommend it

Stayed for 3 nights.

Firstly, be warned that there are around 15 steps to get into the reception and lift lobby. Applicable to exiting the hotel where you need to climb those steps.
With 2 huge suitcases, we had a tough time as seniors while checking in. Even though we were told someone perhaps may help when we check out, at 4.45 am in the morning, obviously we had to do it ourselves, huffing and puffing.
Hence, for seniors, people requiring assistance and people with heavy luggage, this hotel is not recommended.

Staff in this hotel can be a bit more friendlier…

Room was not big enough to accommodate 2 big suit cases, though it is not their problem.

Simple breakfast room with usual fare for vegetarians like us. Again not their problem.

We could locate Indian restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.

Complained to the front office about getting a torn towel in the room. Honestly, unbelievable…

As the reception and restaurant get closed at 8 pm, in the event you need a breakfast pack for an early check out, you need to collect one previous night before 8 pm itself.

Was booked in this hotel by our travel organisers who planned our entire tour.
Not sure whether we would have chosen this hotel on our own.

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19).
We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car.
The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center.

Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

I stayed here for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The welcome was warm and friendly and all the staff throughout the stay was polite. professional and courteous. The room was fantastic, a great size, very clean, and had everything that I needed for my stay. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the old town square. The neighborhood that is in has great little cafes, pubs, and shops all within a few minutes from the Hotel.

Great hotel and stay. On the way home, our transfer arrived 6 hours early to collect us and we were told that he would not come back. The hotel got another driver and got us to the airport without any fuss. Great Stay.
