I stayed here with some friends earlier this month and it was amazing anyway but made so much better from staying here. The gentleman on reception was lovely, constantly smiling and made us feel so welcome. The apartment itself was also wonderful, really big bedrooms with very comfortable beds, a lot of space and a kitchen with everything inside. It was honestly such a dream to stay there, i'm going back next year which just proves it! Myself and one other person both had our birthday's during our stay and the receptionist left a bottle of bubbly with a card in our room too, which was really sweet!

Extraordinary Apart-hotel! We had the Presidential Suite which is 3 very large bedrooms, two bathrooms inside a palatial grand apartment with breathtaking views of St Nicholas and Prague Castle in the background. St Charles bridge around the corner - just cannot say enough good things about this accommodation - and the very helpful staff, especially Zdenek. I cannot wait to go back.

Stay anywhere else but here! Shame I did not read the reviews here and on other platforms! All great reviews on Booking.com but found out why after my experience! No heating in mid November, the ask you to say you cancelled so they don't have to pay the Booking.com fees(seems they do this regularly) as they had to pay a 'maintenance man' to switch on heating.....in this day & age!!! I wrote about my experience in Booking.com, next thing this hotel illegally took money off my credit card €315 after I had paid in full, a phone call & emails the owner rang me. OMG not a nice person, after a heated conversation where she made false accusations against me saying I shouted at her receptionist which was actually the couple next door as they wanted heat too, what it came down to was blatant blackmail....remove my feedback off Booking.com or she would keep the €315, she certainly has not done herself any favors, I asked for all this in an email to which she said no way would she email me anything! Take my advice, book elsewhere!

The experience in the residence was really excellent!! Thanks to the receptionist Teresa,I had a perfect birthday in Prague, with a bday gif from the staff. The appartament in the residence was very nice, clean and the ospitality was very good. The position is perfect to visit prague by feet, but for lazy people there is also a bus station in front of the residence. I think you could have a perfect stay in Molastranka residence, that make my 26 bday, the best bday of my life! The kindness of the staff make your day start better! Thank you very much!! ♥️

Fantastic location within walking distance to everything we want to visit. Super clean, great friendly service with a genuine touch. Price is very reasonable considering quality of apartment, location, amenities and service. We arrived in a car and was initially concerned about parking but it was nearby and convenient. Only issues were minor: slight strange smell in one room, noisy fridge and bedroom could not be totally dark. Highly recommended from us - family of four with a dog in tow :)

This was a great place for my family of 5! Super close to Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, and Old Town Square. We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a 3 bedroom/2bathroom apartment (room 302). We had plenty of space to spread out! The kitchen was well appointed with all dishes and appliances necessary (espresso maker stocked with pods). The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked very well and kept us cool on the hottest days. Probably the best part of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here. I would 100% stay here again. A world class experience having a home away from home!

This is such an easy 5 stars to give. We booked the presidential suite and it was even better than we were expecting. Reception staff were so helpful, for advice to booking über service for us. Housekeeping lady was also so polite and helpful. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very good decor. The beds were so comfy and we all slept wonderfully well. The view from the balcony was amazing too. The location is perfect with lots of local restaurants, we had such good meals for great prices. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

We stayed here for the week leading up to our wedding and it was perfect. The apartment was stunning with views to st Nicolas that we’re breathtaking. The apartment was huge and accommodated five adults and a child easily without us getting under each other’s feet. Beautifully appointed and with everything so close it is a dream place to stay. The gluhwine and cookies are a nice touch. It’s not cheap though and parking is expensive and offsite. The girls in reception are wonderful and helpful and I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Very nice apartment. Stylish and comfortable. Very clean. Short distance to the Charles Bridge. Several good restaurants and diverse shops nearby. Only downside is the lack of parking spaces close to the place. Having to walk few hundred metres with heavy luggage may be a problem.
