Detailed Reviews
The location is ideal, with the tram stop just outside the entrance and easy access to where you want to be in relation to the Charles Bridge, cafes, etc. Even more impressive is the interior! Once you walk through the tall wooden entry double doors, you are in a beautifully tiled, wide, hallway that leads to the check-in office, the glass elevator, and the sweeping staircase. Ask about the painted mural high above one side of the hallway!
Our room/kitchenette was spacious, pristine clean, quiet and beautiful.
Best of all was the staff. We dealt mostly with Tdenek who went above and beyond in attending to any of our needs or questions. He is truly an asset to this establishment!
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever have the opportunity to go Prague again...which we hope we will!

This was a great place for my family of 5! Super close to Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, and Old Town Square. We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a 3 bedroom/2bathroom apartment (room 302). We had plenty of space to spread out! The kitchen was well appointed with all dishes and appliances necessary (espresso maker stocked with pods). The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked very well and kept us cool on the hottest days.
Probably the best part of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here. I would 100% stay here again. A world class experience having a home away from home!

We stayed here for the week leading up to our wedding and it was perfect. The apartment was stunning with views to st Nicolas that we’re breathtaking. The apartment was huge and accommodated five adults and a child easily without us getting under each other’s feet. Beautifully appointed and with everything so close it is a dream place to stay. The gluhwine and cookies are a nice touch. It’s not cheap though and parking is expensive and offsite. The girls in reception are wonderful and helpful and I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location within walking distance to everything we want to visit. Super clean, great friendly service with a genuine touch.
Price is very reasonable considering quality of apartment, location, amenities and service.
We arrived in a car and was initially concerned about parking but it was nearby and convenient.
Only issues were minor: slight strange smell in one room, noisy fridge and bedroom could not be totally dark.
Highly recommended from us - family of four with a dog in tow :)

This is such an easy 5 stars to give. We booked the presidential suite and it was even better than we were expecting. Reception staff were so helpful, for advice to booking über service for us. Housekeeping lady was also so polite and helpful.
The accommodation was spacious, clean and very good decor. The beds were so comfy and we all slept wonderfully well. The view from the balcony was amazing too.
The location is perfect with lots of local restaurants, we had such good meals for great prices.
We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

I am a Travel Agent based in Australia, I booked this property for a family of 6 in August through a very reputable supplier. Voucher and online booking dates live on the system were correct, guests arrive and the Presidential Suite that was booked was incorrect in their system. They paid around $750 per night and only able to utilise one night. Its now 10 days later and zero response to my emails, no apology and refusing to provide a refund for the first night when supplier called them. So disappointing as this place is one of my favourite to book. Will be sharing with everyone to be very dubious about booking. a family of 6 on a one in a lifetime trip to Europe.

Extraordinary Apart-hotel! We had the Presidential Suite which is 3 very large bedrooms, two bathrooms inside a palatial grand apartment with breathtaking views of St Nicholas and Prague Castle in the background. St Charles bridge around the corner - just cannot say enough good things about this accommodation - and the very helpful staff, especially Zdenek. I cannot wait to go back.

I stayed here with some friends earlier this month and it was amazing anyway but made so much better from staying here. The gentleman on reception was lovely, constantly smiling and made us feel so welcome. The apartment itself was also wonderful, really big bedrooms with very comfortable beds, a lot of space and a kitchen with everything inside. It was honestly such a dream to stay there, i'm going back next year which just proves it! Myself and one other person both had our birthday's during our stay and the receptionist left a bottle of bubbly with a card in our room too, which was really sweet!

Myself and a group of couples came and stayed in this beautiful apartment around Easter 2022 for a 40th birthday celebration.
Beautiful place, stunning rooms, perfect location! Everything was wonderful... Until one of party members accidentally sat on a voile curtain tearing it and forgot to mention it to the reception on the way out on a day trip.
This resulted in a very volatile manager, calling us in the middle of the day (on the first day of a 3 night stay) shouting and being incredibly rude and aggressively threatening to throw us out over it!! Which completely ruined our day trip. On return to the hotel, the manager used her staff (all via the phone as clearly couldn't bring herself to speak to customers in person) to threaten us further with chucking us all out! Then proceeded to demand over 300 euros to fix the cheap voile curtain. Then there were further accusations that we had spilled some coffee on a bed etc. and had to pay to clean it! (which we ended up giving 20 euros towards to calm her down) being loud in the corridors (which is almost impossible not to in the echoey stairwells)
Basically the manager of this lovely hotel is by far the rudest most unprofessional individual I have ever come across in many many years of world travel.
It seems apparent that a very sneaky way to avoid charges form booking.com is for them to then cancel your booking when you leave, so they can get out of paying charges and this in turn affects your personal booking ratings and meant we couldn't leave a targeted review on the booking.com site at the time.
Needless to say! Avoid avoid avoid!
Unless of course the manager has changed since April 2022 :)

Perfect stay at this beautiful hotel. We were welcomed very warmly and looked after from the second we arrived until the moment we left.
The hotel is simply beautiful with amazing views of the castle, St Nicholas and the Monastery. We’ve now stayed in a few different rooms and each one has been beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you’d need.
Finally, what can I say about the staff they are all amazing and genuinely care about making your stay perfect. We will always stay here when we come back to Prague.
