Clean, big rooms with separate bathrooms, kitchen if you want to prepare something by you own. Close to old town (Charles bridge), cheap parking place and quite neighborhood. Highly recommended, worth comparing to the quality.

Here we spent two nights because we wanted to see a diff part of prague.We had good experience with the host in the past so this was an easy pick. Again, a great flat with all the required ammenities.

The apartmet is very nice, for the price its absolutely outstanding. Location also was in the center main streets. The host sent us a prague guide beforehand which was so helpful and thoughtful. Nice little touch to our stay

An exceptional apartment located in a characterful building in the Lesser Town. Beautifully equiped and presented providing an excellent base. Located on the tram line and a very easy walk to all the sights. Would recommend without hesitation.

Highly recomended for couples who wish to have 2 seperate rooms with shower & toilets.The rooms as well as the common area are large & well equiped. Location is within few minutes walk from all City attractions in lovely quarter (Smichov). Good comunication with host is also one of the advantages in this appartment.

Royal Route Residence is a great choice if you want to visit Prague, see the sights but have a stylish, spacious, safe well positioned apartment. Its within easy reach of all the sights whilst located away from the noise and crowds of the city centre - lots of options for quality food and drink on your door step too - we would definitely stay again .

5 of my friends and myself stayed here and it was great! On the tram line and close to bars, restaurants, and shops! Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and comfortable beds and 2 large bathrooms! If you’re with a group this is the place!
