This has a rating of 'very good' on booking.com which I don't think it quite deserves. This was certainly the most run-down room we stayed in during our 2 months travelling around Europe. The bed was comfortable enough though, and it was handy to have a little kitchenette (the kitchenette and bathroom were shared with the room next door). The... More

The place is simply great. Things that I liked -the location, is near a bus stop, a metro station, a railway station, a street called na papirov or something like that that has many stores if you are into that -the room was huge, I was expecting something really small based on previous experiences in other apart hotel, but my... Rooms are clean, staff are really friendly and kind. It is pretty close to old city centre( 15 minutes by walking ) and it is affordable. I definitely recommend this hostel. It is also suitable for families, couples and friends.

the aparthotel is located near to the city center, but also in a quiet part of the Praha1. The staff is very friendly, helpful and speaks perfect English :) breakfast is normal: you can make yourself a toast, eat it with cheese or some meat. Next time I'm in Prague it will be for sure my first place to check... More

We arrived at night from the train station and admitingly got lost several times, my girlfreind was hungry and angry (hangry) which made things even worse! We asked in many hotels and bars and eventually found it. Turns out it is quite straight forward just quite easy to go wrong. After that carry on we were so happy to get... More

The location is great. It is very close to Prague city center. Room is big and clean. Disadvantages are 1- WIfi was not working in my room on the 3rd floor for the first 3 nights, then it started to work but very weak. 2- Reception is opened from 8:00 till 21:00. 3- No hose beside the toilet

Our first time in Prague and we stayed in room 11 which is right by the entrance and has its own bathroom + toilet which is obviously a much more comfortable scenario than the shared bathroom option. From the 4 reception clerks we met during our stay, 3 were very friendly and aimed to please with directions and recommendations and... More

Super cheap, great location right in the heart of the city and a free breakfast. A very friendly staff member- Gabriella- made our stay so enjoyable. She assisted us with many helpful things and was lovely to chat to. We had a very busy time in Prague and the room was perfect to return to, comfortable and cool. We look... More

The location is great, everything you'd want to do is in waking distance. The room we had was very big, but the beds were really bad. The beds doubled as a storage space for bed linen, so you slept on a wooden frame with a couple of springs to make it a mattress. The bathroom was big, but but the... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
