Staré Město (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

We had somewhat disappointing experience at this hotel. We requested box breakfast since we were leaving early for a trip. The staff was agreeable, however, turns out that the manager said "can't be done". The staff member in the morning did pack some bread for us. I must add that the room, Wi-Fi, etc. did meet our expectations.

Well well.. Disappointed by a service we do not offer and cannot offer! In the Czech Republic we cannot just pack you a box with items from the breakfast buffet! Health authorities and regulations forbid this. You have coffee and tea making facilities in your room so it would not have been much trouble for you to buy something the eve before your check out. We could even have baught it for you if you would have asked for it in advance But coming the evening before checking out and requesting a box breakfast from a hotel that only opens the restaurant for breakfast and then complaining is not fair! We do our utmost to cater for our customers but we are not magicians nor can we go against health regulations Thanks for mentioning that the rest of the facilities and service were good! Our party of 5 ladies stayed here late April 2019 and were really impressed. Lovely helpful friendly staff, cheesecake (!) for breakfast (among all the usual stuff of course) and a really great location in the Jewish quarter. Our triple room had three proper beds instead of the usual camp bed for the 3rd bed and the room was spacious, clean and so quiet. Really couldn’t have wanted for more for our city break.

Absolutely love this hotel! Let's start off with when I checked in I got upgraded to a suite! The service, cleanliness and atmosphere of this hotel is just wonderful! Everyone there always has a smile on their face and are willing to help with anything they can. The breakfast selection is small but nice, they have your basic breakfast items. Walking distance to town, great location.. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean and friendly hotel! Can honestly say this is one of the few hotels I'm looking forward to going back to! :)

I stayed at the Caruso Hotel with five friends. Three of us shared a room and we had three proper beds instead of the third bed being a camp bed which we are usually provided with when travelling together. The beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in with enormous pillows. Our room was large with plenty of space for the three of us. It was really quiet with no noise from outside at all. This is a lovely hotel, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, quiet but with penty of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and we were able to walk to all the main tourist sights.
