Detailed Reviews
The hotel is situated away from the busier streets and tourist traps, but still very close to restaurants, bars and other things. The rooms were very nice, clean with a nice bathroom. Hotel staff were very sweet and accommodating! We were able to park our car just outside on the street and the hotel staff helped us pay the city tax and fee for parking, the street was very quiet and nice! Breakfast was super! They offered sausages, bacon, freshly scrambled eggs and pancakes if you asked for it. Would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Prague again!

For those of you who don’t use taxis for everything use the brilliant public transport. Get your 32czk bus 90 minute ticket fro the yellow machines at the airport. Get bus 119 just outside terminal building. This will take you to Nadrazi Vereslavin it’s the bus terminus. Get off bus turn to your right you’ll see the tram tracks wait for 26 (not long)this will take you to central Prague get off the tram at the first stop after crossing the river.Cross the road ,walk 20 metres turn left and 5 minutes later down the street you will arrive at the hotel. We arrived early the hotel were really good about it and we waited 20 minutes our room was ready before midday!. The room was clean well presented enough space for 3 adults. The bathroom was modern lovely toiletries and under floor heating. The safe is free and the WiFi was excellent. The location is in a quiet street and only a short walk to the centre of Prague and very handy for travel to the castle which is probably on the list of most tourists. The reception staff are very friendly. There is enough choice for breakfast, fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, bread selection and bacon and scrambled egg. We all enjoyed our time here and would recommend 100%.

Friends of ours stayed in Wenceslas Square and another group closer to Charles Bridge and over the New Year period, both had much noisier accommodations. So we were very happy with our choice for that reason!
This is a nice hotel, although as you walk along the street towards it (especially if you’re coming from the main station, as we were) it may seem like it’s in a bit of a scruffy area. But once you walk in any direction a minute or two you realise it’s quite convenient to many attractions.
The Jewish quarter was within a few minutes walk in one direction, Old Town about 10 minutes in the other direction (slightly longer if you take the more scenic, but winding, route along the river). The castle is the furthest main attraction away, but there are tram or bus options if you don’t fancy such a long walk.
The buffet breakfast was a nice surprise (as mentioned by another reviewer) and was a great selection of hot and cold items, with fruit and salads as well. The coffee machine made pretty decent coffee and the tea selection was great. For some reason, the Nutella was very popular!
The room we had was for three adults with a double and a single bed, and was roomy enough for us for a few nights.
Loved the floor heating in the bathroom! The shower was a good size and the selection of toiletries was generous.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and booked a taxi to the airport for us which we paid for in our room booking, meaning we didn’t have to worry about saving any currency for the ride. Very handy.
I highly recommend the little restaurant a few doors along, U Sadlu, if you don’t want to go far for dinner. And up on the main road around the corner is a grocery store if you prefer to eat in.

We had amazing stay, spent first part of vacation in Marriott which had similar great location but we experienced some issues with room plus view was brick wall ,for our last night we got lucky to get room in Hotel Clement and I'm so glad we did, it has excellent location , you are walking distance from Old town square, Paladium shopping mall, Charles bridge..so many great restaurants around, metro and tram stops. Very nice staff, can't remember the receptionist name but she was very friendly, room had a great view and breakfast was included in price..now the breakfast..I'm used to when your breakfast is included you get bagel, eggs and tasteless fruit in US..this breakfast was amazing, so many varieties , everything fresh..my husband doesn't even eat breakfast and he had two full servings, definitely would recommend

Me, my Wife and her two Uncles came to Prague for my 30th Birthday at the end of March 2022. My Wife planned the trip as a present for my big Birthday.
My Wife always finds the best places. This Hotel is no exception. It was in a perfect location, not a busy loud main street, in a quiet area but only a 10-15min walk into Old Town Square.
All the staff are fantastic. So friendly and super helpful. We always got a lovely greeting at Breakfast and every time we left or came back from our day out.
My Wife got me a Superior Room for my Birthday and it was perfect. Really big. Very comfortable bed. TV you can sign in to YouTube on. Mini-fridge and coffee machine. Slippers and robe. Bath.
Very modern design, well lit and all-around a great Hotel. Breakfast was lovely every morning and offered everything you could want; Cold Meats and Cheeses, Salad, Ceral and a variety of cooked ingredients.

Our flight to Prague has been cancelled by the airline at the last minute, due to the coronavirus crisis. We have reached out to the hotel and despite our rate being non-refundable they have offered us a postponement of our stay, which they were not obliged to. Shows a great approach to service and to long-term customer satisfaction. Well done.

Stayed in February 2020. The hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast was great with a variety of hot and cold food to suit most. The location was perfect, far enough out to be quiet but close enough to walk to the main square (10 minute walk). The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Due to the experience we had at the hotel we have booked to return in March 2021.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice, and the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The room was good quality for bedding, bathroom and atmosphere. Breakfast is included, and is extremely good. The location is at the outer edges of Old Town, which is fine because it still feels safe and is a clean area. (There’s a closed up and run down building across the street, if that matters to you). Their advertising imagery is true to what they have, but of course they’re emphasizing the premium rooms. I would stay there again.

Brilliant compromise of price and location- just two mins from the n15 tram, and a ten minute walk to the main square. Perfectly priced for a short getaway. Breakfast was brilliant and catered well for us bacon-loving Brits, as well as all the cheesy meat Continental stuff. Reception staff were awesome. Fountains of knowledge and genuinely lovely people. A gem of a hotel, tucked away on a side street, but perfectly located for everything we needed.

The hotel is set in an excellent location, 1 minute walk to the river front, 10 minute walk to the old town square with all the tourist attractions, restaurants and tours.
All the staff were friendly and helpful but particularly Zdenek and Jacob went that extra mile and helped us book trams, taxis and took the time to talk to us, so friendly and made us feel nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back, we just need to see a few more cities first!!!
Yvonne, Bruce, Liz and Lee!

Dear Sir,
thank you for choosing Hotel Clement Prague for your stay in Prague.
As for your question, there is a direct connection by tram to the hotel.
Please, take the tram number 26 (DIVOKA SARKA direction).
It is the third tram stop called DLOUHA TRIDA.
The ticket can be bought at the vending machine at the railway station and must be stamped once you enter the tram.
Otherwise, we can arrange a taxi directly to the Hotel Clement Prague.
In case you have any other questions or request, we are happy to answer them.
Kind regards, on behalf of the Hotel Clement Prague team
Nicole
Dear Kim,
if you like to use public trasportation to get from airport to our hotel, you can use an easy way - take bus no. 119 to Veleslavin and then change for tram no. 26, that takes you to stop Dlouhá Třída. Walkin from tram stop to our hotel takes about 3 minutes.
Alternatively, we are glad to offer our hotel transportation service by our hotel car. It costs 30 EUR per car per way (max 3 pers.) and it can be charged to your hotel bill (you do not need any cash). Our driver waits in the arrival hall with a sign, takes you directly to the hotel. We guarantee top service and quality car. To reserve this service, please contact our hotel front desk. You can find contact email on our hotel website.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Prague.
