The hotel lays in the middle of a greenbelt but still close to the town and you can feel safe even after dusk. The rooms are good sized, comfortable and quiet, even with some natural birdsong included we loved every morning. The restaurant beautiful and the meals are fabulous, especially the steak what was the best ever we have ever had in worldwide. The spa lovely and meet all of your expectations. All of the hotel staffs are very kind, helpful with perfect manner at all times. We are so grateful for the staff to make our stay feel like a king and queen, especially to the manager Marián who was so understanding and helpful since our arrival and during our stay to the end of our leaving, to the housekeeper Ruzena who always greeted us with smiling and asked if we need anything extra at all, to the breakfast waitresses Tatana and Hanicka who both learn instantly our special needs and to the waiter Peter whom, despite of the prejudiced of his tattooed arms, his manner was impressive. Thank you all for our wonderful stay at Volcano Hotel, you made us come back again and encouraging everyone to choose your hotel.

Very nice hotel with amazing fitness room/equipment!!! Wellness area 👌. Breakfast was ok eventhough missing some quality juice, but usual in Cz hotels unfortunately. Advise the room with bathtub in the room. Second stay in more standard room where sensor light of the AC was kinda disturbing in the darkness... But well that's rather a detail. Globally very clean and good quality/standard. Definitely recommanding for the ratio quality+amenities VS price.

Hotel is very nice designed, but some details are not comfortable (Tea brand on breakfast is not good).
I appreciate kitchen is able to prepare food for allergic, respectively they offer grilled meet, so I didn't have any problem to choose something.
I really can recommend this place for stay

Got to the hotel and could not check in at 2. Ok, fine. Went into the city and came back at 6. Room is ready but was told I could not sure the shower, I had to use the spa shower. I went up to the room and it smelled like epoxy and adhesive. I was exhausted from travelling and just wanted to crash. They told me all the rooms were sold out. The lady from the desk went to the room and agreed that it was not at all to be slept in. She was then told by her manager that I can get a refund. This was the stupidest, most inconsiderate response since I had booked my reservation 3 weeks prior. She then 'found' me a room. This hotel could easily be something special for what it has and because it is close to the airport (20 mins). Management should be replaced. The only reason I am giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the reception lady being persistent dealing with her block-headed manager. Without her it would have been 1 star. Until these basic problems are fixed, I would not risk staying here.

Dear Mr. Todd, thank you for your review. First of all we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would like to clarify a few pieces of information that you provided. According to the reception, you arrived at the hotel around noon. Our hotel always has rooms ready at 2:00 pm. Until then, the cleaning of rooms from the guests who left that day is underway. Regarding your room, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations on several bathrooms. The bathroom in your room was completed that day, and there was not enough time for it to air out before your arrival, which is why you could smell silicone. As compensation, you were given a neighboring room and free access to the wellness center. The neighboring room was given to you because the guest who was supposed to be staying in that room had not yet arrived at that time. This guest was subsequently accommodated in your original room about two hours later and did not complain about anything during the two days they spent there. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Hotel is inserted in a park, really calm and noiseless. Close to the bus station and to a commercial centre. Old town can be reached in 20 minutes by car Or by metro. Staff are very nice and polite. Buffet Breakfast is tasty and fresh.

it was our fourth time already in this beautiful hotel and we always enjoy the friendly staff and the beautiful quiet area.

The wellness and spa area is also really nice and the volcano complex is the perfect location to enjoy your business or private trip outside of the stressful tourism center in Prague.

We also could charge our electric car easily in front of the hotel.

The restaurant always serves great food. Breakfast is fresh and with a wide selection. We can recommend it!

Great boutique hotel just out of town. Clean, large comtemporary rooms. Free wifi. Shower new and modern... good-sized bathroom. Breakfast was buffet, well- stocked and very pleasant. Reception staff very helpful. Very good gym on site (extra to use). Just out of city centre (7km). You can walk to nearest metro (12-15 mins) and just 7 stops (12 mins) into Mustek station... right in the centre. 120Czk (4.26GBP) for 24 hour ticket. Uber to city centre only £8. Great base for our first 4 day trip to Prague.

We stayed at the Vulcano hotel for 1 night only due to its relative proximity from the hotel. Parking is free for guests, the fitness facilities (at extra cost) were excellent, and the 1 hour aroma massage simply supreme. Prices at the restaurant a bit over the regular Czech standards but the food was good. Fully recommended for sports lovers. You will need a car to move around. Will book it again without hesitation.

Great place with free parking (and plenty of parking spots) AND chargers with electric vehicles. I think they had 4 chargers, and during our stay the maximum was two cars charging at the same time. So plenty of chance to get a charger and parking spot.

Besides this, they also had a good buffet. They could make a better effort refilling it though. When eggs or bacon was out, you had to ask staff before they would make more. Also the desserts they stopped bringing out 45min -30min before closing time. So if you like a late brakfast like us, there might be fewer desserts, and you'll have to ask the staff to refill.
