I stayed here with a bunch of friends over the Summer. The hotel is well decorated and very clean. It is in a great location and easy within walking distance to most attractions. However should you wish to jump a taxi, Uber is a cheap and easy alternative. We only stayed bed and breakfast, which sadly we did not enjoy so decided to venture out for breakfast most mornings. However if you're travelling with friends/family or as a couple then I would definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel 11th March til 14th March amid the Coronavirus outbreak. The reception staff were flawless and nothing was too big a problem for them. We booked via Secret Escapes and got an Executive Room which was perfect!! Spacious, clean and two sinks. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine! Lifts are accessible and the bar is relaxing. It may not be as close to the centre as other hotels but for the cost of £2.00 an Uber ride to pretty much any part of Prague from the hotel it is not worth quabbling over. We enjoyed walking to Charles Bridge which only took us 10-12 minutes and you pass a lovely ice cream spot on the way. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It is fantastic value for money and the staff are flawless. Thank you

Dear Oscarwildess, thank you for your review, we are opened again since the beggining of july and we hope, you will come again to enjoy our hotel and Prague more than last time. Now is the best time to come, when there is not so many tourists in the city center and you can feel the city much more. We are glad, that our hotel and staff met your expectations and if you have any suggestions, how we could be even better, just let us know. Kind regards Jana

Was slightly disappointed with this booking, we booked an executive suite in red and blue design hotel with none stop happy hour at the bar, when we arrived we were sent up the road to the chevron hotel which is part of it, but we had to return to the red and blue hotel for breakfast, it was strange because we didn’t have an executive room by any means and the none stop happy hour was never mentioned to us. The hotel itself is a 15 -20 min walk from centre, there will be places that you can stay which are more central there isn’t anything really around this hotel. Breakfast was nice, was disappointed with the room we got, even though we had booked an executive suite with a double bed it was just two twin beds pushed together when we complained about this after our 1st night we were advised that all the rooms within the hotel were the same and there were no double beds. But disappointing but hotel was ok all in all and staff were friendly

Dear Rebecca thank you very much for your review. Every review is very important to us as we always do our best to improve our services. We are so glad you were satisfied with the breakfast and with our staff. I am sorry to see that we did not meet your expeactations regarding your room. Apologies for that. From your review I see that you were staying in our brand new rooms located in our second building. These new rooms offer new huge 55" Samsung Smart TVs, high speed internet, rain shower and modern microspring mattraces. Not only these are the reasons why we consider these rooms to be better than our standard rooms. All these new rooms have two large single mattraces next to each other, however, there is always a very thick topper on top of them which guarantees the same experience like on one big mattrace. If the location in the second building was not convenient for you, it is a pitty that you did not mention this to our front desk as we certainly respect the wishes of our customers and we would have offered an alternative. From your review I see that you asked unfortunately only about the double mattrace. The happy hour is available in line with our offer in our main Red and Blue building. One more time let me thank you for your feedback. We hope to see you in Prague soon again. Regards Ondrej Hotel Manager

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the room was large. Breakfast was good; nothing made to order, but plenty from which to chose. The hotel is quite a way from the tourist locations and the Christmas Markets. We spent quite a bit on Uber rides.
