Spending the 20th anniversary of our wedding, we have enjoyed very nice service provided by a friendly staff. Food and drinks (wine) was very good, an atmosphere quiet. Room was clean and spacy enough for a couple. Very satisfied!

I think the reception is the face of the service. Should be polite, friedly, helping, proactive. We lacked these when coming with guests frim 4 countries.. Maybe next time. On the other hand the ordering was very flexible, we made modification and they accepted it. The surrounding is nice.

I had a good time here. Food was great, staff was friendly. It was calm and quiet outside, while walking around the beautiful lake. Bathroom was not fully clean, but I had no problems with it. Definitely recommend it!

The food quality and hotel service are on a very high level. We celebrated our wedding in the hotel and the wedding services provided by the hotel are excellent and saved us a lot of our time and effort. We and all guests were pleased with all food and services.

First - you have to be aware where you are - some 3km by bus (ok connections) to first stop of the B metro line Černy Most. If you can cope with that - this is a good-value 3* hotel. No extra amenities except for the lake outside - nice rooms with good equipment, free WiFi. My personal favorite - the provided breakfast in the restaurant. You have nice views and a great selection of items for a good breakfast. The staff were helpful.

I know this hotel for many years. For me it is very closed to a 4 star hotel. The staff is very friendly and speaks German and English. The best rooms are the one which have 2 levels. Living area and via stairs up to the sleeping area. The rooms are very clean. They have a restaurant which offers excellent food. In summertime they have a very nice terrace. Plenty of safe parking. The breakfast is a mix of buffet and a la card. I highly recommend this hotel and will return.

The hotel is outside of the city Brandys. From the international airport in prag you need app. 45 min (w/o traffic) by taxi. The hotel offer a taxi service from the airport to the hotel for 950,00CZK. The hotel itself is very nice. It was a former estate and rebuilt to a large hotel. Beside the hotel is a nice restaurant with garden terrace. The menu cart is in englisch and german available. The hotel room incl. bath are small, but clean. Flat panel television and safe are included. Disadvantage, we had a room under the roof, but there is no air condition installed. There is a small fan only. But we had more than 30°C outside. So it was diffucult to have a nice sleep. To give a feedback about the breakfast is difficult. Because during our stay in this hotel, they had in total three guests only. So there was no breakfast buffet offered. But the staff offered a breakfast with different selection (scrambled eggs, plain roll with marmalade or sausage, coffee, orange juice). Overall it is a good hotel, but during the summer season the hotel room is a little bit unconfortable (no air condition). The hotel staff is very friendly.…

Very good condition to stay in a 3 stars hotel, in Praga. All the hotel very clean and good size for room.Best for this hotel are surroundings a very quiet area.Average breakfast with limited choice. It is not so suitable for visit Praga ( because ot the distance to city center) but can offer relaxation in a gourgeos area, with very good sleeping condition

we chose Hotel certousy for our wedding as my wife is from nearby. We were delighted that it was also a superb venue for a wedding. The hotel grounds are beautiful with the lake to the front and a gorgeous walled garden to the rear, the reception room was ideal for our wedding and the food and service qwere outstanding. We found the hotel to be absolutely top class and cannot praise it highly enough. It is about 40 minutes from town but the trip is well worth it. Top class.
