Reviews Summary
This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.
Powered by AI
Hotel Kings Court delights many guests with its modern and clean ambiance, complemented by spacious, well-appointed rooms, though some areas may show signs of wear. The hotel's central location is a hit for those eager to explore Prague on foot, offering easy access to key attractions. While most guests commend the cleanliness and professional service, a few have noted maintenance and hygiene concerns. The luxurious spa and bountiful breakfast contribute to the hotel's appeal, yet opinions on value for money are divided.

We stayed for three nights and have just returned. From the second we arrived to the second we left, all the staff were friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The room was extremely comfortable, the breakfast buffet was delicious with an extraordinary number of choices. We dined in the hotel restaurant on our last night, the food was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, and also very reasonably priced. We visited the Spa which, though small, was a very enjoyable experience. There were so many little touches that just made the entire weekend extra special, everything has been thought about. Thank you to all the staff, we will definitely return.

We have just returned from a three night stay in Prague, stopping at the wonderful Kings Court Hotel which was in a great location to explore the city. We were greeted by the very courteous receptionist who dealt with our check in very efficiently. We had two rooms on the 5th floor which were right by the elevator. We thought this might be noisy but we didn’t hear a thing! The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had pre paid for breakfast which was amazing. The choice of food was outstanding and a very good quality. All in all it was an excellent city break at a wonderful hotel which we would highly recommend.

I stayed here with my daughter for her 18th birthday. What a truly fantastic hotel. We had an executive room and had spa and lounge access. Everything was just perfect. We even had a cake and bottle of fizz in the room for our arrival. The rooms were absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated with lovely toiletries. The housekeeping popped in with chocolates late afternoon too! Breakfast was very tasty with a fabulous variety. Some people have stated food was cold or luke warm. This may have been already addressed as our food was warm and delicious. The spa was great and not busy at all. Granted you can’t swim lengths in the pool but you can happily enjoy a dip. The location is close enough to everything. Lastly, the staff, they are exceptional! Our suitcases were briefly lost by the airline and the hotel staff stepped in and offered to help in anyway they could. They are an invaluable asset to the hotel. I highly recommend the Kings Court.

What a gem of a Hotel this is.. firstly its location is fantastic. Its position is just a few moments from the shops, local bars and restaurants. Main attractions are with 15minutes by foot. The Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The pool and spa were a delight to relax in. The cleanliness is superb as are the team of staff. Nothing is to much trouble. We had a 7 hour wait for our flight and we were given complimentary access to the lounge where we could have unlimited drinks and food. They really are exceptional. Would recommend Kings Hotel to anyone coming to Prague. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

Good breakfast spread. Rooms 207/209 were off the landing and noisy at night. Carpets being refitted for 2 of 4 days so noisy during the day. WiFi wasn't strong enough to stream anything. Remote didn't work so tv useless, even after asking for a fix. Location good but overall not worth the money.

This is a beautiful hotel which I stayed at on business recently. My key here is to emphasise the MAGICAL breakfast , I’ve never ever seen anything quite like it. I think there must have been about 200 dishes , from eggs and spinach , to homemade brioche, granola and yoghurt with berries etc - every single option you could think of , and it all tasted wonderful. This is a really spectacular and majestic hotel that draws you in and has a lot of character , but honestly the breakfast has to be experienced to be believed.

Just came back from a two night pre Xmas trip. Pros: location - excellent and great metro links right outside. High standard of cleanliness. Nice little touches in room such as complimentary umbrella ( to borrow) Nice little spa - tip go at lunchtime you'll have it to yourselves. Great after sightseeing Cons: breakfast was incredibly busy and more quantity over quality. Lots of staff milling about, but noone showed us to our table or explained the buffet which would have been good at least the first day Upon check in payment was taken for the stay along with a security deposit which wasn't really explained. Still know idea when this is refunded. Some of the room decor seemed a bit tired ( eg carpets) Overall a pleasant stay but probably not quite the standard i'd expect for the price per night paid
