Everything was excellent! Beautiful hotel with perfect location (about 20 minutes by walk to Old Town Square and metro stop across the street). Room and also bathroom were clean and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed.
Just returned from our stay at the Botanique. Its in a perfect location.Trams, and bus across the road. Giant supermarket across the road too. 15 min walk into city centre. The hotel has a map and staff will map out your travel directions to take with you. They tell you what number tram etc. We walked everywhere though as everything were walking distance. Rooms are comfortable, clean n spacious. My first night...i didnt want to get up as the bed were so comfy. All staff were friendly especially Rozalie who helped us plan our short stay and booked everything for us. The medieval night and grand Prague tour were especially good n reasonably priced. Breakfast were beautiful. Lots to choose from. Holiday without an hiccup thanks to Rozalie and the staff. Petr makes the best sex on the beach cocktail. Reasonable enough prices. We would've liked the bar to stay open a little longer as it closes at 11pm. Although, you've still got the fridge where you can buy drinks . If we were to come back to Prague...we would definitely stay at the Botanique... we couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our trip. Thank you . Marie n Paul…
They were great and very helpful. Its 20 min walk to old town and the metro right in front of the hotel ! Gabriel the security was great ! And rozalie on reception was very helpful ! Thank you for the great stay.
We stayed for 4 nights on Monday 19th September and had a lovely stay. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel which took about 20 - 30 mins and cost around 800czk. Upon arriving we had a friendly greeting and given all the relevant info. Our room was on the 6th floor. The room was big, clean and modern. No issues with the room at all. Fridge in the room is a nice touch to be able to put water bottles in etc. The bed was really comfy too. We had breakfast which was really nice, had everything we wanted. Only complaint was the coffee from the machine was not great so I ended up going to Costa a couple of doors down most days. We had some drinks in the bar downstairs for Happy Hour, good price but not the greatest cocktails. They were pre-made so didn't have much taste. We went back a different day not on Happy Hour and they seemed much better. Location of the hotel was ok, we knew when we booked that it was a bit of a walk to the Old Town Square. There is a supermarket and other shops nearby which were handy. Overall the hotel is clean, modern and in a central-ish location. We paid a good price for the hotel. Would recommend for your stay in Prague.…
We found the hotel to be very clean, no problem with our room, the staff on reception were very helpful and informative, the restaurant staff were also helpful and quick to replace items at the breakfast buffet which were running out, and removing used plates etc from tables. The breakfast buffet had a very good choice of hot & cold food and drinks. The hotel is ideally placed for sightseeing.
Location is very centralized, nice rooms and good breakfast! Enjoyed the stay very much. Hotel is located next to busy business area of Karlin and also within walking distance of the old town center. Break was nice with a lot of options.
Everything was great. Especially breakfast with big variety and happy hour! Hotel itself is modern and stylish, in a good location - close to the main station, center. Would totally choose this hotel in the future again and recommend for others :)
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Bar staff downstairs treated my husband well! What was really nice was the on site laundry to do some last minute wash before we left Europe! No complaints. Try and explore Karlin if you stay, such a nice area with great beer garden!
PROS: Great location, opposite metro station, lots of good restaurants within 10mins walk, supermarket a few steps away, refurbished rooms were spacious, bed was firm, yet comfortable, has a washer & dryer in the -1 level (go through the door on the left as you face the gym, and once through, open the first door on your right) SO-SO: Breakfast had good and bad. Good: Decent spread, caters to gluten allergy, starts at 6.30am (even on weekends). Bad: Scrambled eggs tended to be very salty, spread does not change much CONS: Sockets in the rooms were not universal (they were the type-Cs), WiFi was not always stable, refurbished rooms do not have bathtubs
Nice hotel, good breakfast, good location. Bit older in reality compared to pictures but still decent. Located next to the metro station makes it easy to commute. Bar in the lobby looked nice even though we haven’t used it.
