Super location, very central but at the same time quiet. We were on the 3rd floor, large and clean room and every day they changed the towels and tidied up the room. It does not offer breakfast but under the hotel there is a huge amount of bars (historic and fast food) that it is not really a problem to find food. It doesn't have a reception with 24 hour staff but when we needed them they responded immediately to the number they told us to call. The only things I would improve: I would put a wardrobe in the room, a support to place suitcases on and a full mirror. Like many foreign hotels it does not have a bidet and in our case we found a toilet and shower (huge) in the bathroom while the sink was in the bedroom. Stayed for a long weekend in December. This hotel is very basic, and probably not far off a hostel, but it had everything we needed. The room was very sparce but had a large bed, lamps, desk and chair and rails to hang luggage. It did have a TV but we couldn't get this to work. There was a basin and mirror in the main room with a shower and toilet in the bathroom. It also offers free Wi-Fi. We had an external room facing the main Narodni Street and I underestimated how loud it would be despite reading other reviews. They did give earplugs but it is LOUD. Think a busy, main street with bars and restaurants (especially at the weekend) and the tram running every 5 mins (half hour after 1am) right past your room, so I would recommend requesting an internal room if you can. But it was clean, exceptionally convenient and the staff arranged taxis to and from the airport.

An excellent location just a stone's throw from the historic center of Prague, strategically located to visit all the attractions that the city offers, surrounded by clubs and shops of all kinds. Receptionist always present throughout the day (nighttime excluded, but always available in case of need). The rooms are large and bright, rightly heated (I suffer from the heat and solid I am forced to open the windows at night, in this case there was no need). Nothing to say about the cleanliness, although during their stay they never vacuumed the carpet. The only sore point, but not only concerns the structure specifically, but half the world... the lack of the bidet! For everything else I would definitely return to this structure especially in relation to the offer and the price paid.

This is a no frills room. It's in the heart of Prague across the street from Cafe Louvre a famous cafe and very close to the subway. Rooms are no decorated. You just get a bed, TV and a simple washroom. They don't have 24 hour service which means if you arrive early you will have to wait till 10 am to drop your luggage off. My room was located in a weird location outside their main hallway which I thought was very weird. However beds were comfy and like I said you can't beat the location.

I do not recommend this property. I had a Reservation for tonight but my flight has been cancelled due to an international IT catastrophe when I was already at the airport (Microsoft crash). I warned them early in the morning if I could change the dates of the stay or get a refund but they did not want to. Very little empathy. I'll go when they drop me off to Prague, but not this hotel. It was an exceptional case. You can't bring these cases like that. Very unhappy.

The room was super clean, comfortable and nice. Personal was very friendly and even let us make early check-in and let us keep our baggage after check-out. Narodni stay is a great place to rest after a long day walking around, seeing Prague. The room we stayed in was spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The price reflects the hotel, meaning we did not have a breakfast menu, room service etc...and the room we stayed in was plain, that said, If all you need is a comfortable bed, clean room and a clean private shower and WC, then Narodni stay is the place for you.
I would stay there again.

We stayed here for 4 nights room was basic consisting of a bed, tv ,shower room but clean and tidy fresh towels daily. If you like a cuppa in the morning bring a travel kettle . Staff were polite and helpful good central location really enjoyed Prague beautiful city lots of walking

Nice clean bedroom room and bathroom. I liked how the wash basin was outside the bathroom room. Staff in hotel are helpful and location is close to main square and underground but is not to noisy to sleep. Plenty of restaurants and cafe's close by.
