The palace of the Hotel is an accurate and elegant restyling of a 1930s building. It is situated at just 3 minutes walk from Wenceslas square - 300 meters from the National Museum, 350 meters from the Opera Theatre - in a quiet and silent in a quiet side street.

It was our first experience going abroad with our baby. The location of the hotel is very close to the center and the room we stayed in was very comfortable, large, clean and comfortable. The baby bed was very convenient and useful. The attention of the staff was very good. Only breakfast could have had more variety.

Nice hotel eith nice atmosphere. Very helpful staff and everything very friendly and relaxed. Two minor negative things I have to mention that did not have any affect on our stay. The wifi signal is very poor, it drops out a lot. The sensor light in the rooms inner corridor can be annoying, especially the amount of light it gives when one has to go to the bathroom during night. But when you have figured out how to fool the sensor it might not wake up the light sensitive patner. The breakfast buffet is very good and you can ask the person working in the breakfast room for espresso, capuccino or other varieties of fancy coffee if you like. This hotel is very close to Wenceslas square where you'll find the national museum, lots of shops and restaurants, lots of entertainment and transportations to other places in the city. Great hotel, great location and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

We decided to try this local hotel during our second visit to Prague. It was absolutely excellent.
• The rooms are quite big by European standards, and they provide anything you may need: extra towels, different flavors of tea, etc.
• Despite being in a historic area, the room feels quite contemporary, with a very modern and illuminated bathroom.
• The breakfast is equally bast, with many savory and sweet options. The baked goods were particularly incredible, and they had different cakes every morning.
• The service is incredibly welcoming and kind, offering us a drink both upon arrival and upon departure. Actually, on our last day, they gave us water even though we had already checked out, only because it was really hot that day and they saw we were a bit tired/overwhelmed.
• They have a storage room (free of charge) if you want to leave your luggage in the lobby area.
• They also have clean toilets in the lobby, which were useful on our last day, after we had already left our room.
We loved this place! And we definitely enjoyed more trying this option instead of bigger international brands. The service felt much more personalized and kind.

When we arrived the room was not ready, when we returned in the evening the room assigned to us was without electricity, not as a first solution they changed our room. This one has the light, but also hair on the sheets and one of the towels wet on the floor. On the second evening we realized that no one had come to take a look at our room.
On the third evening, upon returning to the room, we noticed that room service had thrown away our toothbrushes and toothpaste. A four-star service that in Italy would be two stars or less. It will leave a bitter note on this journey.

The room could be cleaner, there was a lot of dust, stained curtains and bed sheets. On the second night we were out of light, they did offered a room move but we opted to wait for them to fix it. Lifts we're constantly out of service. I've seen some reviews praising the staff, that is not the case. They are not welcoming at all, they barely say good morning when u pass next to them, a male receptionist gave as an answer when we asked for the ice "GO GET IT YOURSELF". They locked the hotel at some point cause of security in the middle of the day, however when we left the key in the room and asked receptionist for another one, she didn't even asked us for the name or any form of confirmation that we are actually staying in that room. She just hand us the key. We could literally say any room number and she would give us the key. I work in a hotel, and level of the customer service here is equivalent to 0.

The hotel is in a great location to explore the city without taking a car, bus or taxi. It is very close to Wenceslas Square and the National Museum. Transportation from the airport is very easy. The suite room was very large and spacious. The breakfast was sufficient. If I come to Prague again, I would stay at this hotel without hesitation.

Terrible service!
The girl at the reception (brunette Russian-speaking ) is a rare hammer.
1. Hotel doors are closed. You call, you don't open it. Opened by a hotel visitor
I stood in the rain waiting
2. At the reception, as she introduced herself, Natalia immediately bawled and said if you didn't like it, I'd cancel.
From the pros ) the booking refunded 50% of the hotel price paid by us in bonus )
+ full refund as apologies for hotel service.

We had a fantastic experience at this lovely hotel. The location is perfect- only 2 min. walk to transportation options, and you can easily walk to the city center and sights. The room was incredibly clean and nice, and the bed really comfortable which made the stay even better. The staff was always smiling and very helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All in all a lovely hotel, which I highly recommend to anyone visiting Prague!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Myo Wenceslas. Everything is there to make it a relaxing city trip.
We slept wonderfully in a very quiet room. The hotel is also perfectly located for exploring Prague.
The only downside was the fact that when having breakfast later, there was often little choice and food was not always replenished.
The coffee at the buffet is also not drinkable, but you can ask for other coffee that is delicious!

Excellent hotel with friendly and professional staff. The rooms are very clean and very quiet. Hearty breakfast for all palates. The location of the hotel is strategic, a few steps from the metro MUSEUM and close to many shops and restaurants.

There are safes in the rooms!
No.
Wenceslas Square area
Ciao, l’hotel si trova in una via secondaria rispetto a una via principale che è ricca di locali. In ogni caso la città è fruibile senza mezzi di trasporto e si arriva facilmente ovunque. Buona vacanza!
