A group of friends and I stayed here Oct 2019. For the price you couldn’t beat it. So clean, huge room, quiet and comfortable bed. Such a nice area. Very central and in walking distance to all main attractions. The guy at the desk (can’t remember his name- had long hair) was so lovely and welcoming. Really friendly and warm. I definitely recommend here whether it’s with children, couples or friends.

We visages this place for a 3 night break As 3 adults we found the room very spacious We had a loft room that had an amazing view of at Nicholas church The room was large and well equipped with what we needed The loft room was beautiful with the beams, but may be difficult if visitors are mobility restricted, as there is a steep flight of stairs up to the room and different levels in rooms and beams also present that could be a hazard, however spoke to hotel as taking the in-laws back and they are happy to assist us in a more suitable room Staff were extremely friendly and full of travel information along with what Prague has to offer Apartment in a very good location, 2 min walk from Charles bridge with an amazing bed (cheapest in Prague) Uglabicu just a few doors down 100% loved this place and can’t wait to return

The location is great. Deluxe apartment booked, three months before arrival due to the view of the city and pictures that do not match the apartment. When booking on the Booking site, all deluxe suites were free, including the one overlooking the church (if any). We responded immediately, to which we were told that not all apartments were the same, Ms. Gabiela offered no solution. Every apartment on the Booking site should have true pictures. If I had gotten real pictures, I would never have booked that seuit. The gentleman who received us at the front desk saw me carry 3 suitcases and did not offer assistance at all on carrying things to the third floor. Even though we were only 2 pairs we barely got 2 keys. Only the maids were kind. At the same time, some pages say that guests get a birthday sparkling wine, so I didn't get my birthday sparkling wine, but an unpleasant experience.

Location was good at just a Short walk to most of the attractions. The rooms were cleaned every day. We we were 2 couples and had 2 birthdays there returning to a card and bottle of bubbly on both days which was a lovely surprise. Check in was quick and swift, friendly no issues. Occasionally it was a little noisy in the evening, this didn't go on for long, by 11 I would say things settled. All in a all a nice little apartment.
