Beautifully renovated historical building from the 16th century. MOOo by the Castle is set in the exclusive quiet cobblestone neighbourhood just around the corner from the largest castle complex in the world. Spacious apartments are most suitable for high demand visitors. MOOo By The Castle offers the finest custom-made furniture combined with historical equipment & artifacts, top quality facilities, outstanding customer service, fully equipped kitchen, 4K smart TV, free Wi-Fi and over 50 original cow paintings throughout the building. Although the renovation aimed to turn the building into a modern, luxurious property, it has not lost its historical feeling. The precious wooden ceiling from the 16th century has been restored to its original state and vaulted ceilings are to be found in most of the apartments. The attached tower served as a laboratory to a well known English alchemist, Edward Kelley. There are rumors about William Shakespeare visiting Kelley in his laboratory.

As I walked past the cow in the entrance I was quickly welcomed by Christine. Her smile was so needed as it was a long couple of days. She was so helpful with checking in and assisting with my many bags. The apartment was gorgeous and had all the comforts I needed. Even Netflix! Prague is a marvelous city and I will definitely return and stay at MOooo again, but for a week!!!!

We booked this for a large group of friends and family to stay 2 weekends in a row with a cycling trip in between. It was so nice to find 2 bedroom lodging for all of the families traveling together. We all absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious Ours included two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wide hallway, kitchen, dining area, and living room. The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere and were very close to Prague Castle. The Charles Bridge was a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. We walked into Old Town very easily. As nice as the hotel itself was, the most amazing part of our stay was the SERVICE. We needed help with restaurant reservations and multiple transports between the train station and airport for 14 people. They took care of everything! They communicated exceptionally well, responded very quickly, and made sure that we had everything we needed. They even said I could call anytime day or night if I needed help with anything. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I get the chance to return to Prague.…

Very good place, sweet and helpful staff with good tips for exploring the city. Fantastic apartments facing a court yard, the open hallway was a great place to enjoy the warm evenings. The cafe next door served a great breakfast. We loved our stay and hope to return 😄

We had an amazing 3 day stay at mooo by the castle for our first Prague trip ! We stayed in an 1 bedroom apartment . Everything was exactly as shown in pictures on website . Rooms were luxurious and have a nice vintage feelings. Mooo is very well situated in old town and Prague castle is just close by . I specially loved walking in the picturesque streets . We highly recommend this place for stay as couples and with family as well 🙂

The room was immaculate and well stocked for preparing food and cooking. The bed was comfortable and offered a good night's sleep. The shower was powerful and warm. The facilities were high standard with two TVs, a bluetooth speaker and ample lighting. The local area was beautiful in its historical aspect, with all amenities, such as transport and supermarkets, within walking distance. Highly recommend.

From before we arrived until we left everything was just perfect. Perfect service, perfect apartment, in a perfect location. We didn’t want to leave. So we can’t wait to come back. There were parties almost every day/evening in the garden inside the courtyard of the apartments or in the café garden next door, BUT they are quiet at 10 PM, so you always get a good night sleep. And the apartments seemed pretty sound proof and private.
