Disgustingly dirty. Ants all over in the bathroom, in the bed, on cupboards and night stands. We asked the staff nicely if they would clean it or give us another room. Took a long time for them to understand. Finally they told us they would let us have anti insect spray. For me, it's not cool to let the guest have to clean the room themselfs. Second of all, don't think it's clever to stay inside a room that has just sprayed with tons of something like that. So we wanted a refund, didn't get it, even after speaking to them for around 1 and a 1/2 hour. They just refused to. The breakfast area is like a dirty bar. The hot tub is behind the breakfast area, so everyone can see you if they are sitting there. Also they have strict rules about when it's open. The garden is not cared for. It's far away from everything, groceries, restaurants and even bus stops. It takes forever to get to the old part of Prag. We thought we would safe our money with this hotel. But it was soooo not worth those dollars. I'd rather go to a nicer looking neighbourhood and deffinatly not this hotel !!!!

We have booked a baby cob weeks before our stay. When we arrived there wasnt any prepared in the room for our baby, airconditioning was broken and we had to move to another room. They couldn’t organize baby cob for us and were apologizing. That didnt solve our situation so i required to talk to manager. Few phone calls from receptionist were made and there it was - baby cob! After we accommodate, things started to pop up ... dirty bathroom w hair, no coffee and tea supply in the room, swimming pool area w dirty floors and surroundings, breakfast w broken toaster, messy serving of swedish tables , restaurant suppose to be open daily 12pm-10pm which actually never happened, it was closed all the time and things go on.... Positive on this hotel was staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. For a good price you have breakfast included so its cheap compare to other hotels. This is MAX two star Hotel!!! Dirty, messy and unorganized

A beautiful little hotel just outside the town. The building was beautiful with well-appointed rooms and excellent bathrooms. The hotel also had a swimming pool which unfortunately we could not use. The only thing they could improve is the quality of the mattresses. I must mention the person who manages the hotel. He was extremely helpful. He told us the best places to visit and how to get there. He also offered to give us some change for the bus fare. He is an asset to that place.

The price, for the size of the room, was right (55 euros a night). We had requested twin beds at the time of booking (2.5 months earlier) via hotels dot com. I'm not sure why this didn't happen, but I recommend you follow up directly with the hotel for such requests early on. They answer emails promptly. The sofa converted to a bed and we took the topper off of one of the double beds to make two beds. The room was spacious. The bathroom was a good size with hot water. Breakfast was ok, and was included in the price. A trip into town was an easy bus and subway ride away. About 30 minutes. A taxi to the airport was 470 (there is no shuttle). Uber would have been cheaper (under 400). The reception closes at 10pm so this would be problematic for late check ins. Reception opens at 7am or 8am. The reception staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. Dog friendly, with a grassy park area next door! You get a kettle in the room. There are Asian, Vietnamese and Indian restaurants within a 10 min. walk, along with a mini mart.

Welcoming host Paul is great and cooks an excellent breakfast, Free wifi and quiet air conditioning in the room makes this hotel a great place to stay . (also has a small pool) There's even a lift so you don't have to lug your luggage . Location is 5 minutes walk from the bus station which takes you to the metro. you can be in the city centre from 25- 35 minutes depending on where you are going. We would stay here again.
