My family has 3 birthdays in February, so I decided it would be a good idea to do an all inclusive hotel and water park for a quick weekend trip. Upon arriving, the hotel is very modern and pleasing. The rooms are very nice and clean with large bathrooms(though the beds were quite hard). We received robes, slippers, and bags with towels for the water park. The next day we ventured to the water park(included in the price). We loved the water park! The kids enjoyed riding all the slides which are grouped pretty closely together. I did however expect there to be more chairs- we were not able to sit down the first day because people had thrown their towels over the chairs to "reserve" them. The second day we got there right at opening to "reserve" our chairs which made the experience much nicer- the adults could relax and the kids could slide on their own and find us easily. The food that is served at the hotel was just ok. We have eaten all over Europe, and this was by far the most underwhelming food we have had so far. It was very bland. Almost everything tasted the same. Breakfast was slightly better than dinner. The service was kind of lacking for a resort. I just felt like nothing was very special about the hotel aspect- it felt like just another hotel( but at resort price!)

The Aqua Palace Hotel in Prague is a MUST to go to! We went 2 adults and 2 children and stayed for 2 nights in July 2023. The Hotel was very easily accessible by public transport when the bus stops right outside the hotel so there is no need to drag a heavy luggage anywhere as you are right there!. The reception was extremely helpful upon arrival and swiftly accomodated us. The breakfast and dinners were just perfect for everyone with plenty of great food choices (and English speaking staff), everything was perfectly organised with no stress whatsoever. In the room we loved the bunk beds for kids and appreciated how well looked after/clean the room was as well as the AC that autimatically switched on the moment you closed the window which was perfect in the hot day. Of course the cherry on the top was not only the Aqua centre but also the other services around which included a service that can look after the children day/evening time so the adults can enjoy a drink or two, 18 different saunas (including a children's sauna), massages and all day entrertainment. The kids (and us adults) had a ball. Would we recommend the Aqua Palace Hotel in Cestlice? a 1000% YES! The best choice not only for a family but even for adults who need to switch off and be looked after. We are definitely coming back next time. Thank you Aqua Palace Hotel we loved our stay :)

Went as a family with 5-year-old, nice hotel and staff with a great breakfast. Tried the À la carte restaurant dining and room service and both great. You can access the aqua park directly from the hotel, and it is an incredibly fun place for kids (and adults). My daughter really enjoyed dancing with the animation team, it really is a fantastic aqua park.
Although it is a bit out of central Prague they put on a bus to the metro, but you can also get taxi/Uber at very reasonable prices making it easy to get in and out of the City. The nearby village is also lovely and should not be missed. We really loved it and had a great time, would not hesitate to book again, especially if taking a family trip to Prague.

We stayed at the aqua palace hotel for 3 nights. The water park is great, my boys (16,13,10) really enjoyed it. We were also in the aqua world in Budapest and the park is much better here for them. However I liked better the hot tabs in Budapest aqua world and the fact that the spa was part of the park and did not require being nude... The gym is amazing, one of the best I saw in hotels. Be aware of the watch bands, they tend to fall and you will be charged for that, better not to put them on the kids after the entrance. I want to thank Marie from the reception who made our visit wonderful, always willing to help and doing it with a smile. She also recommended the massage in the Spa for the kids who loved it! Thank you for a great visit!

Great hotel connected to the Aqua palace. Very accommodating and lots to do. Breakfast was massive and good selection. The food at the restaurant was pretty expensive but we ate across the street at a Vietnamese restaurants. We took public transportation to the airport which took some time but a bus stop to the train was pretty easy and cost effective.

We came here for a day out . First impressions were very good. It was clean, the staff were friendly and explained the process very well. The wrist bands were a good idea (you pay for everything via the band and settle at the end).
The water park itself was great. Lots of slides which all went down quickly with the queues. None were closed or damaged, the whole area looked well cared for.
There was a separate area for younger families which I thought was a good touch, it was nice, calm and relaxed, and not overly busy.
Would definitely recommend, we got tickets for a full day but you could definitely do it all in 3 hours.

We visited the aquapark second time. Our family of 5 (kids ages 5, 8 and 12) stayed in the Aquapalace hotel which is directly connected with the aquapark. Most of the hotel rooms are a little bit outdated but clean and functional. The food was also OK. The aquapark is very big and there is something for everyone. The kids had a lot of fun. There are areas for all the ages. The temperature was right and we were not cold. There is also a nice big gym, saunas, shops and a big spa. There are bars and places to eat all around. Outside is a Minigolf and a small playground. During the winter the outdoor areas are closed. The only thing that we didn’t like was the parking under the hotel because the entrance is very narrow. The parking is overpriced 12€ per day. Overall we do recommend this place.

We are a couple with 3 children. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We took 2 rooms with a connecting door. The rooms were perfect: clean, tidy, comfortable and suitable for us. The staff was courteous and answered any question or request we had. We took half board at the hotel and the food was very good. Suitable for all ages. The water park was more than expected: clean and tidy, very large. The water park has many slides for all ages, different pools: waves, currents, for small children and babies. Suitable for any age. The sauna and spa are excellent. The food in the park is perfectly fine and suitable for all ages. At the entrance you get a chip with which you can pay for everything you buy in the park and the payment comes at the end (money is not needed during the stay in the park) the place is highly recommended. The most important outside was 0 degrees Celsius and inside the park 30 degrees Celsius.

thank you for your interest about our hotel. The city centre is less than 5 km from the hotel and you can easily get there by car or using the convenient public transport system within 45 minutes. You can use buses 328, 363, 385 from Opatov metro station (Line C) to bus stop “Čestlice - V oblouku" or "Kika - Aquapalace" or you can use a free shuttle bus service from Chodov and Opatov Metro stations (line C) and back for visitors to the Aquapalace Prague or for guests staying at Hotel Aquapalace after showing a receipt from the Aquapark or hotel card when travelling to Prague. You can also take advantage of transfers by hotel minibus which will provide you with transportation to suit your plans.

Our Family rooms with one king size bed and bunk bed (mattress 170 centimetres) are suitable for family of 2 adults and 1-2 kids (max. 14,99 years old). Please note that extra beds or baby cots are not available in this room type. However, your 1 year old baby could sleep with you, parents on your king size bed.
If you preferred to have a baby cot for your baby in the room the best option would be two connecting rooms then.
The special family package can be, unfortunately, booked for 5 nights only. You can reserve another special package (special offer with halfboard, All inclusive package, Kingdom of railroad and toboggans, etc.) for the additional 2 nights or just the accomodation with aquapark or non refundable special offer, depending on the period of your stay.

The babysitting service can be arranged at the charge of 250 CZK per hour ( a minimum of 3 hours, must be booked in advance) at your hotel reception. It is provided by the external babysitting agency.
There is also the kid´s corner for children from 3 years old in the aquapark, the maximum stay is 3 hours. Opening hours are from 11 am till 8 pm and from 10 am till 8 pm during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
