The Runicon is off the beaten path. On a back street. A few minutes walk from the tram stop. This is not disappointing, but the room as. The room is clean enough, but tiny. When people talk as they walk down the hall, it sounds like they're in the room with us. There is a squash court in this building....

Had a good stay at the hotel in old town of Prague, walking distance to many interesting places. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was okay, nice staff. A bit disapointing was that upon arrival our bathroom trashcan hadn't been emptied and during the stay we didn't always get new schampoo bottles or new towels. But overall a good experience. 3/5 for...

The Rubicon hotel made our vecation in Prague a wonderful experiene. The hotel is located in the center of the old city, close to everything and we didn't use the public traffic at all!!! The stuff was very kind and helpful (with a smile), the breakfast was varied and tasty, and the room was clean and cozy. We will absolutely...

The staff, rooms and breakfast (especially after a heavy night out) were amazing! Definitely stay here again! It is perfectly located and can easily access tourist attractions around Prague and very close to all the transport links someone may need!

The hotel has offered a big and confortable room and generous breakfast. The location is really central, allowing the hosts to reach the main attraction on foot. Moreover there are good restaurants in the area.

Drunk English teenagers. Big groove between the beds - not very comfortable if you want to lie close together. At all times there is a strange knocking sound - makes you crazy. Friendly staff. Very few power outlets in the room. The water in the shower is hot and has good pressure.

Arrived late in the evening and was greeted by charming helpful staff with great english which was great after a long day of travel. Plus with clean rooms and a dynamite shower you cant go wrong. Simple breakfast is included and the rooms seem to all have a good view of the cityscape.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
