We spent 4 nights at the Hunger Wall over New Year and loved it. The place is 5 minutes walk from everything so you are ideally situated. The apartment/studio flat we rented at The Hunger Wall was spotless-clean-warm and we felt very at home there. The flat provides everything you need for a comfortable stay and is cleaned daily. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Hungerwall Apartments. The driver Karolina had arranged to meet us at the railway station was waiting when we arrived and drove us to the apartments, a great service for a modest fee. Our apartment was fabulous, spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed with every facility we could need for our 6 night stay....

Whilst 15 minutes walk to the centre (or a closeby tram to get you over half way), this place was perfect – nice and quiet. The one bedroom apartment came fully equipped for our needs, with a separate living area to the bedroom. The lounge, which incorporated the kitchen with a good sized table (for the 2 of us), was...

I came across this hotel apartment from a posting on facebook about where to stay in Prague. I was specifically looking for a place that was reasonably priced, was family friendly, and located close to everything. I was not disappointed in my final choice! We were met on time at the airport by a pick up transport arranged through Karolina...

Hunger Wall Residence is perfectly located in Prague; quiet at night yet close to old town. Trams are within 20 meters distance. The rooms are nicely refurbished, fully furnished with very adequate space. Cafe lounge at ground level is superb and offers a very nice ambience and menu. The staff is very hospitable. The slightly more expensive room option has...

"Hunger Wall Residence" is an apartment hotel. I have had the pleasure of living in a large and well furnished two bedroom apartment with nice bath and a modern kitchen. There is a restaurant that serve delicious breakfast, at the bottom of the property, if you do not bother messing with it your self. The staff is very friendly and...

Everything about this place was awesome. It is located 100mtr from tram stop and not too far from the old town. We just had to change one tram to reach the old town. The staff which helped us check in was very friendly and explained us everything and ushered us in the room. We had a one bedroom apartment which...

First of all, the hotel is located in a perfect location, quiet, just by the Most legi bridge, a short walk from Charles bridge (it is great to walk there while crossing Kampa parks, near the riverside), also just in front the famous Petrin hill, where you can walk up to the castle and to the Paruge "Eiffle tower". Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
