Good points are the location is perfect next to all main parts of the city can walk any where in about 15-20 minutes the reps who meet you at the apartment are quite helpful aswell views from the room are ok aswell.the bad points towels were a bit worn could do with replacing we were expecting a higher standard of room for the price we paid air con not the best and room could do with a bit of updating on certain items but apart from that every thing was ok would stay there again if prices were a bit cheaper

The Roof Apartment offers great views and a wonderful area, 400m from Clock Tower. Flat is dated which is a shame, and it shows with sellotape holding some bits together. But the views are spectacular and sitting on balcony in evening is awesome as is waking to the view. Needs updating decour and furnishings but still a great place

We stayed in #17 on the 4th floor. Check in was seamless and very pleasant thanks to Maria. She arranged for €25 to have a driver pick us up at airport. His name was Tomas and he was fascinating to talk to. Apartment is a very large two bedroom, one and a half bath with lovely views all around. It does get a little warm so make sure to close the drapes or blinds if you are out. There’s a lovely balcony facing the church which is great for morning coffee or afternoon wine. You’ll need to bring your own coffee, tea, sugar etc. as there are non-provided. However, there is a hot water kettle and a very nice coffee maker plus every other appliance you will need. It has both a glass shower and bathtub. Best of all was the location, convenient to everything we wanted to see.

Really impressive apartment, with unforgettable view! Huge balcony with place to eat and rest. Apartment very spacy and sunny, fully equipped. Totally quiet and private. Located in the city center, however we were struggling a lot to find it (call the contact numer before coming). There is no parking place around. Metro station located in one minute walking distance, so better to choose that option. About 15 minutes of walking to the Charles Bridge and Old Town. Contact Agent was really nice and supportive.

We stayed on the top floor (6th) at this property with 180 degree views of the city! The terrace was huge! The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. The view of Our Lady of the Snows was spectacular day and night. The kitchen was fully equipped. The electronic blinds were great! The only issue we could have had was the A/C was not very cool, but our weather was mild and we just kept the floor to ceiling windows open for an amazing breeze.

there were only 2 double beds from which 1 was to small to share with a friend which is not your partner also in both bedroom was missing curtains so it was to much light to sleep in.. I called them first night but nobody came and fixed this. Also microwave/oven still dirty with food inside but next day somebody came to clean but this girl did not speak any English. Also for 4 nights you got 1 set of towels for 4 nights..I asked if they cold bring new in 2 days and he said he would tell housekeeping..But again nobody came. Also I upgraded from garden appartments to cityview but I had the idea we still had Garden Appartment as we only saw the garden and not the city. I asked them to show me the different appartment as I paid 200 euro more for the upgrade for 4 nights but they told me they could not do this. All in all...nice spacious but for the rest disappointed

I normally stay in hotels but chose this apartment for the views, the ability to do my laundry, and for a different experience. It was a worthwhile stay but a few improvements would make it 5 star. I used booking.com and had no problems with "checking in" unlike some other reviewers. Zorica the property manager was most helpful in calling me back on my hp to make the arrangements. She arranged for a van pickup at the train station for €20. She also spent 30 minutes briefing me and getting my card payment when we arrived at the apartment. I stayed at the 6th floor glass penthouse apartment with its circular balcony. The apartment building can be reached through a secure small shop arcade which is also a short cut to the Franciscan church gardens at the back, where the actual entrance of the building faces. There's a small private lift. The arcade entrance is locked after 10 pm but can be opened by the same key to the building entrance. The alternative entrance through the gardens is locked after 8 pm. The apartment itself is quiet, spacious, clean, has good wifi, a well stocked kitchen (I didn't use it much though), and a small second bedroom. The bathroom has a washing machine (there is no dryer), and there is iron, ironing board and clothes rack which you can place on the balcony (clothes dry within hours on sunny days). The balcony offers fantastic views and it's great to sit there during sunset enjoying the views, occasional music from the church, and the serenity. Location is great - nearby are a shopping center, many cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, minimart, a good currency exchange office (introduced by Zorica) and Vodafone outlet for local SIM cards. A short walk through the gardens and another arcade leads to Wenceslas Square. What lets it down in my view (these points apply only to the rooftop apartment, as the other apartments may not have the same issues): (1) the bedding - mattress is soft, pillows are old and very uncomfortable, and the duvet cover was rough on the skin. The second bedroom actually has a better mattress and softer duvet cover, but the same pillows. (2) the shower cubicle is small; the shower head does not work well and needs to be replaced. (3) no bath gel and shampoo provided - a small issue though, as it's cheap to get this from the supermarket. (4) the air conditioning is not that strong. On sunny days, you must remember to power down all the blinds and draw the curtains before going out for the day. Otherwise it gets very warm and takes a long time to cool the apartment when you return. I did this every day and still found the apartment not cool enough. In summary, if you are less concerned with bedding quality, showering facility and coolness of the apartment, the penthouse will be a great choice.

We spent 3 nights in this amazing apartment. It was beautiful, clean, quiet and with a great view. The bed was comfortable. Location was great, few minutes walk from the old city. We had problem to find the apartment, so make sure you contact the office that is located few streets from the apartment and get the exact direction...

This was our first visit to Prague and we were not sure of the apartment's proximity to all those places you are supposed to see. The apartment is in the heart of a vibrant modern section of Prague but only literally a ten minute walk to the heart of old Prague. The apartment itself was fantastic. Morning breakfast outside on a full walk around terrace equipped with tables and lounging chairs. Sleeping under the stars of Prague. The apartment is aslo very private. It is on the six floor by a private elevator that only services three other aprtments. We heard and saw no one during our stay. (except for a couple of maintance men) We arrived on the night train from Budapest and walked about 20 minutes to find the apartment. We were there early and so enjoyed a nice rest in the Franciscan Gardens. Check in with Marii took all of ten minutes and we were already at home in the rooftop apartment. I had made the arrangements for the apartment with Desanka who was absolutely great in providing me with all the necessary details concerning the apartment, directions, transportation, payment etc. Desanka arranged for transport to the airport which was a reasonably priced 25 euros. Prague was so much fun... we are already discussing a return visit and will definitely be staying at the rooftop apartment. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. We are just finishing up a 5 night stay in the glass rooftop apartment on the 6th floor. The apartment walls are windows about 2/3 of the way around, and the terrace goes around that entire way as well. The views are amazing, and it's fantastic to find all this outdoor space to enjoy. There are shops and restaurants in every direction, and the heart of Old Town is about a 7 minute walk. This is just a fabulous choice in Prague if you prefer an apartment! (We booked directly on prague-stay.com, and the apartment looked just as in the pictures. Lovely.)
