We weren't sure what to expect for $40 USD, in an apartment right below Prague Castle, but we were pleasantly surprised. I had everything we needed, it was warm and quiet. We could prepare and eat meals. The furniture was cheap, but the bed was...More
Good position if you want to visit the castle, sensibly less if you're planning to visit the historical centre east of the river.
There is a public parking area at 30 czk/h (max 6h, from 08:00 to 18:00) on top of the (steep) street, in...More

The place looks great and authentic and the dishes sound amazing but they were mediocre at best.
Considering the fairly high price i would have expected something much better.
Service was pleasant overall.
Great location for Prague if you want easy access to the local sites. Staff very friendly and speak good english. Room spacious, clean and beer in the bar is nice and cheap. Would go back. Great price.
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the
historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
