The only good thing about this place was location as its right under the castle. The apartment had 2 big rooms, but nothing else as described. There was a boiler in room making noise every 5-10 minutes, wifi didn't work most of the times and instead do of cooker there was portable 2 plate cooker on top of the fridge.... More

We found this place and looked at previous reviews before we stayed. Location wise we couldn't have asked for more! It's on a quaint street 5 minutes to the castle one way and 5 the other to Charles Bridge. The area is clean, full of great restaurants and avoids the night time hustle and bustle of the Old Town Square... More

Pros: -great location, 3 minutes from Prague castle -metro station Malostranka, 7 minutes -cheap groceries across the street -cafe nearby -quiet room Cons -there was a little of shower gel in the bathroom -in the evening less water in the shower Fun -"peeing and brushing teeth at the same time" toilet and basin so close!

The good things: 1) Centrally located in the city's prime location for tourists, a ten minute walk from Charles Bridge. 2) Atmospheric building and tasty, all-you-can-eat breakfast, with enough kielbasa and eggs and fruit to keep you going for a long time. 3) Comfortable room, with a nice kitchenette, including a sink, some basic crockery and a small fridge. 4)... As I was on my way from the castle to the city centre, I stopped by this restaurant and had a lovely trout and green leaves starter and for main course grilled pike with a very tasty crispy skin served with mange tout. The service was friendly and quick - I enjoyed this lunch a lot :)

As a frequent visitor to Prague (14 times), this has become our favourite hotel. The staff is kind and helpful, also very professional. The rooms are clean and well kept, with green plants and good space. Room service is nice as well. Prices are just right and the location is perfect, with walking distance to both city centre and historical... More

We booked an apartment for our 3 nights in Prague, it was a last-minute plan so we had to look very quickly for a free apartment. This had good reviews and we liked the location, so we booked it. Some said it was not very clean or the rooms were not as described, but we think the apartment was great,... More

We stayed in Apartment 5, second floor and we're delighted with it. It was pleasantly furnished, immaculately clean and spacious with all the facilities stated. The location is excellent, literally round the corner from the castle and within five minutes of excellent coffee shops and restaurants and other attractions including the Loreto Prague and Charles Bridge. The only drawback was... More

I stayed here with my wife and friends for a long weekend, I cannot fault the place for the price we paid. The rooms are clean showers hot, there is a small kitchen with a fridge, all in good working order. We had lunch in the downstairs restaurant which was very tasty and service excellent. Breakfast was good with eggs... More

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was exceptional value for money. Big bedroom, a kitchen which I didn't use so can't comment and a decent bathroom. It's more of an apartment set up than a hotel though. Lovely and warm which was nice to come back to after a day in the snow! Location is ideal, about a... More

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighborhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
