During our pre Christmas to Prague, we spent 3 nights at this hotel. It was a very comfortable stay, the beds were probably the most comfortable that we have found on any holiday! rooms were well equipped, bar and amenities were good, can't find fault at all. It was also well situated for walking around the city. Staff were very... More

We stayed six nights at this hotel. The hotel is very well located, in a quiet area, close to tram and metro station, at a walking distance from the main sights and near eating places. It is cosy, some rooms have a stunning view to the castle. The breakfast buffet was impressive. And the price appeared reasonable for that standard.... More

There are many things to like about this hotel. The location is in a quiet area central to both the castle and Charles bridge which takes you to Old Town. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast buffet is simply amazing with Kristyna attending to every need. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to friends.

Go for the breakfast on the first floor ( Kristyna is great ) the food is awesome. I have nothing to complain about the bed was comfy, the hotel was far enough from tourists that it was quiet but still close to the Charles bridge which made getting around easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel for 5 nights and the location is amazing! Just a short walk from all the important sites in the city! We had some issues at the beginning but the staff did everything they can to solve them. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of options and great food!

Great service throughout, we enjoyed a private spa time for an hour and lovely cocktails in the hotel bar. Great location near the castle and a short walk to Charles' Bridge. A perfect birthday treat from the fiancé!

The decor is a bit 'fake' and 'outdated' but the staff was friendly and everything was clean. Our room was about 3 x 4 meters end the bathroom very small but still had a bath. The breakfast was good but the rush which with everything was 'snatched' away whenever you left it alone for a minute was not a pleasant... More

Dear Guest, probably you didn't know exactly what the word "fake" means. Hotel was furbished by craftsmen from Austria and Italy especially only for our hotel. I wonder if at any 3* hotel Pata Negra Iberica is served for a breakfast. Anyway we are glad that you appreciated beauties of Lesser City at least. Guest relation manager More

Arriving at the front door starts your journey back in time. The hotel is consistent in its theme throughout. Beds & pillows comfortable. And the view out of our window was of the castle. The next morning we had a buffet breakfast which was outstanding. It was quality. The only drawback is that it is not near Old Town. If... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
