Nestled conveniently with easy access to the city, Iris Hotel Eden is a popular choice among guests for its prime location near public transport and a shopping mall. The hotel's array of amenities, such as varied breakfast options and free parking, coupled with the modern charm of its rooms, has earned it plaudits for both cleanliness and comfort.
While the hotel is celebrated for its affordability and value, some travelers have noted occasional service issues, although the friendly and professional staff often compensates for this.

This hotel impressed us with its exceptional cleanliness, friendly staff, and delicious coffee. The value for money was outstanding. Everything in the room—from the bedding to the bathroom—felt spotless and almost brand new.
We appreciated the free parking and the convenience of having Netflix available in the room. Tea and coffee were also provided, adding a nice touch. The hotel features a café-restaurant, it opens until 11 PM, and offers options.
While the location isn’t central, it’s easy to reach the city center in just 20 minutes by public transport, and there’s a shopping mall nearby for convenience. The most unique aspect? The hotel is built into a stadium—perfect for sports fans attending a game!
Highly recommend for anyone seeking a clean, modern, and affordable stay with a twist!

I stayed at the Iris Congress Hotel in Prague and was very pleased! The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was polite, and the location was convenient. The reception area was beautifully decorated, and they offered guests cocoa and delicious treats – a small touch, but so thoughtful! Breakfast was tasty and varied. A great place to stay!

I booked two rooms, one for my wife and I and one for a couple of friends traveling with us. During the weeks prior to departure, there was an exchange of messages between me and the hotel to point out our loyalty to the conditions provided by Booking.com, but which later, in the booking confirmations, had turned into nebulous and random. In fact, it was not specified, although I had clearly requested it, that the so-called private parking is nothing more than an open-air dirt lot. Upon arrival I find the bitter surprise that there is no possibility of unloading our numerous luggage in front of the hotel entrance, as it is located on one side of a square delimited by non-removable posts and therefore it is necessary to unload the luggage from the so-called parking lot, loading them (see 1st attached image). Having unloaded the luggage and carried it laboriously in the rain, at the reception a very rude man and unwilling to listen to the customers' reasons, informed me that the only covered parking is that of the shopping center (see where it is and how far away it is located in the 2nd image!!) according to him, mind you, open 24 hours every day. In fact, as a cherry on the cake, when we returned from a restaurant in the city, we found the car park closed, with a notice posted that it is closed from 10pm to 6am!! So if unfortunately I had listened to the receptionist, I would have also risked not having the car available in case of emergency!! When I pointed out the situation to him, asking for a refund of €60, which corresponds on average to the price of a hotel car park, he started laughing in my face with shameful rudeness. Determined not to ruin my holiday, I decided to go further and ask as soon as possible to confer with the management, which however did not happen. The picture of this painful experience is completed by a room characterized by cheapness and equipment decidedly distant from the undeserved 4 stars boasted. Even with the heating off, the room felt excessively hot even though we were between the end of October and 1 November and with an external temperature of 8/10 °C. The bathroom is unfurnished and the equipment is third rate. There is no shower, but a high bathtub that is difficult to climb over. There is also no bidet, but this is considered a luxury abroad. The only TV channel in Italian is RAI 1, but you can't see it! The bed is uncomfortable, the mattress does not adapt to the shape of the body and it is impossible to rest. The cheap, minimal furniture. Cleaning an old and horrible to look at carpet....In summary: don't go there, Prague deserves and offers much more!!

The experience was saved by the staff, the maintenance guy Honza (Jan) was brilliant when fixing the tv and safe in the room, what a great guy. Nikole on the bar was fantastic and made us feel very welcomed and she had a great sense of humor. Remembering guests names makes them feel special and she certainly made me feel spacial. Michal on the bar was also very good and helpful. Adam on the reception was great, also all the other desk staff but I don’t remember their names. That said, the room was not up to a 4 star standard in my opinion. The carpets need a good clean and finished touches could lift this place. The bathroom was nicely appointed. The cleaners did strange things like opening the window and leaving the air con on full whilst i was not there, they also removed the spare card which annoyed me. Breakfast was super nice however the staff took plates away as soon as you stoped chewing, i would suggest leave clearing a table till people have finished . Parking was easy and free. I just felt it could be better, staff were great its just the room could have been better. Big negative from me was the internet, it was terrible, and i was not allowed to plug in a HDMI cable to the TV to work on big screen or watch Netflix, thats poor in this modern age. It has potential but doesn’t meet it.

The hotel is fine, stuck next to Slavia football stadium, there are tram stops nearby to get around Prague without problem. The negative is that being such a tourist city, and a 4-star hotel nobody speaks Spanish. Yuri reception was wonderful with us, but 2 girls especially a blonde did not explain anything to us on our arrival and treated us as stupid for not understanding English well. However with Yuri we had no problem understanding each other.

What we mostly would remember of staying there is to never repeat the same mistake ever again.
Apart from their carelessness for hygiene, they don’t care about guests at all, or better said the staff seem to hate the guests. I don’t know if it’s because of their workplace and payment condition or that management doesn’t care about their customers.
Hotel has 2 elevators that only 1 of them works for some reason and that one has also some technical problems, so in case you’re in a hurry don’t count on the elevator.
Room cleaning was a joke! As they wouldn’t even bother to change the dirty glasses or fill up toilet paper in the bathroom.
The breakfast was a nightmare! There were almost no option for people with allergy and vegans. They have 2 breakfast areas that one of them has even less options and they just send people to that one even if you ask them not to, as you can basically not eat anything there, but guess what! They don’t care! It was so disgusting to witness for example how chopped tomatoes survived on the breakfast buffet from Sunday to Friday and become more and more old and decayed, but they wouldn’t bother to change it for something fresh. Of course it’s too much to ask as usually they won’t even fill up an item if it’s become empty. They would just say: sorry we ran out!
One of the waitresses that would see us everyday, basically yelled at us after we said hi and entered the breakfast area! Just to get a room number. (Come on you see us everyday! And is there really a reason to yell at the guests?! It might sound crazy but you would as well get a room number even if you ask with a smile!)
If you ask them to give you a clean knife, they just gonna clean one that’s covered in cheese with a napkin in front of you!!! (Never seen something like that before, how is this a 4 star hotel?!)
It could have been an okey stay if the personnel weren’t so rude and angry and if they cared a bit about hygiene and doing their job.

Dear asaghorbanian, thank you for your review, thanks to you we changed the way we serve our tomatoes - so no one would have the impression you had. Elevator was not broken, we have two elevators and 150 rooms, sometimes when we have groups in our hotel, that could take a while for elevator to arrive to your floor. Also, our F&B manager organized training for restaurant staff to avoid such situations in the future. All the very best, Andrew

My stay at the hotel in Prague left pleasant memories. Convenient location with excellent transport accessibility to the city center made my trip as convenient as possible. But what really amazed me was the amazing breakfast the hotel provided. Delicious dishes and a wide choice of options will satisfy even the most demanding gourmet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and gastronomic delights in Prague
P.s. Special thanks to Mr. Eugene for a comfortable stay at the hotel and detailed information about local attractions.
