The H7 Palace is a great serviced apartment in a quiet part of town. The Loft was huge and accommodated 3 friends travelling together comfortably and with 2 separate bathrooms which is rare for Europe. Please know that there is a flight of stairs to get the the elevator so those with heavy luggage need to bring their luggages up or down a flight to access the elevator. The mini- kitchen that lifts up from the cabinet is amazing and appreciated the great bed and bedsheets. Towels were smaller and the bed side lamps were tricky locating the on/off switch but other than that a perfect and most wonderful stay. They have a coffee machine at reception and the breakfast room was still being renovated. Truly a great deal for a huge apartment wit ha great price. Oh, there are no blackout curtains available so bring a sleep mask.

The location was perfect. Very close to bus/metro station. Many shops nearby.
Room was clean, mattress was very comfortable and reception staff was very helpful.
The only bad thing was that HK was cleaning the rooms every 3rd day and if we wanted earlier there was an extra charge of 8€/per day. Only fresh towels were provided with no extra charge.

The staff are really friendly and offer great suggestions for places to explore and to eat, the room was great, tastefully decorated, and the location was excellent. down a small side road, so it was really quiet and the main plaza and the old town are all within walking distance. I walked everywhere. They also have great coffee down in the reception which is free. I will certainly visit again with my family next time.

As a solo traveler, I chose this location as the overall atmosphere of the hotel seemed safe and the staff did not disappoint. They were extremely welcoming, informative and I felt safer with the secure door to the premises. The room itself was spacious, very clean and a good deal for the price. The street the hotel is located on felt sketchy sometimes but my fears were settled once I got to the doors each time and once I walked around the neighborhood I felt better about the surroundings. Also, it is in easy walking distance to many tourist attractions so I highly recommend.

I was comfortable in this accommodation. It was well located, private, clean, and the bed and shower were good. However, there is no “kitchenette”. This is really important for long-term travelers, who don’t do major cooking, but like the option of being able to make a quick pasta dish or heat something occasionally. This accommodation had a small refrigerator - no freezer or way to make ice cubes - and a kettle, two cups and spoons, but nothing more. I’m positive I entered “kitchenette” as a requirement in my search criteria... I always do when I'm staying for a month! It’s another thing to be very careful about when making a booking. The accommodation has no breakfast and no restaurant (covid given as reason). There are restaurants nearby, but the setup is not ideal for someone spending more than a few days. I bought a small drip coffee machine, so I could make decent coffee for myself in the morning. It’s not an apartment, it’s a hotel room!

The pillows and bed were very comfortable. Tv has no English channels or way to even put on English subtitles. Our AC worked great but on the last day it began leaking water. We notified the front desk and not sure if anything was done. We leaked all night as well. The filter was probably full. The only bad thing in my opinion is that a lot of people wrote in their reviews that their rooms were huge. Ours was the exact opposite, we had just enough walking space to get around the bed with just a little extra on each side and that was it. There was a space that you could put your bags, but not enough room to open your bag on the floor. Everyday we’d have to put our bags on the bed if we needed anything extra out. Just for the size of the room I would have switched rooms that first day if I could have received a refund. Also, right where you walk in to there second building is where they store all the laundry bins so at times trying to go up and down the stairs to get out the door was very cluttered and annoying.

We went there for one night with my family on our trip to Berlin. As we have a small kid we booked a big room at the top floor (number 501). Literally in the room was a lift and the cradle was just next to the lift wall. We pointed out but they offered smaller room and they said they are group of people around so it will be noisy there. So we stayed and the horror started. The lift made all the time and night noise. The group of people woke us up at 4:50pm. The room was super dirty and furniture broken also same stains on the walls. Next morning after night we couldn’t sleep the manager Slívová told me on the phone I will have a full refund. After one week of me contacting them still don’t have the money! Scammers.

We stayed two nights here and everything went great. They had a very easy self check-in process and gave us all the information we needed. The room was big with high ceilings and very comfortable. All amenities were good quality and the staff was friendly. We grabbed an espresso each morning in the reception and were greeted each day with a smile from the workers.
Location was decent with a few hundred meters to the metro stop and easy access for Uber/Lyft/taxi.

Hotel states that all rooms have an iron, we did not find one in ours & when we asked reception to provide were advised that there were not enough to go round. Tv did not work & when we queried with main desk were advised that there was a satellite issue & they would not be on for our stay of 3 nights. To top it all off, one of our party had no electricity & discovered this was due to a problem with the bulb in the bathroom light. We went out for the evening, believing this to be sorted, however, when we got back to the room, around midnight, went to step into the bathroom to turn on the light above the mirror & felt drips of water, then turned around to notice that water was also on the floor. Tried to call the 24 emergency contact number, as hotel is only manned 8am-8pm, but no one answered. This number was tried repeatedly by a number of our party over the course of 2 hours with no answer. We then went down to the reception area and could hear the phone ringing in the locked room!
Eventually we decided to have our friend sleep in our double room which wasn’t ideal but what else could we do.
The worrying part of all of this is having no emergency contact whatsoever so should this been even more serious we have no idea how we could have dealt with it.
Ideally our party member should be fully compensated for this inconvenience and worrying weekend!

Very friendly, helpful and professional reception team, The room was spacious, clean and quiet and the hotel is located very centrally. The Prague highlights are within walking distance and the bus/tram or metro station is just a short walk away. I will be back!
