On our buissenes trip in August we stay at the H7 for two nights and we definetelly come back next time. Room was clean and very quiet. Unfortunately they dont serve a breakfasts so you have to go other place. All stuff was very helpfull and friendly.
Top place and people :) Italians rule. Very glad to have stayed here, I’ll definitely come back! Beds are heaven on earth: super comfy! Reception staff is wonderful and neighborhood is just lovely. A gem.
The hotel has a great location, close to all the tourist attractions and with great transport links, which I will talk about in greater detail later. Checking into the hotel was very easy, staff were really helpful and the bed was probably the most comfortable sleep I’ve had anywhere. So tops marks for all of that. The duplex room we stayed in, had a very unusual layout, in that the main bed was upstairs and the rest of the furniture, including the beautifully modern bathroom were downstairs. There was also a sofa bed downstairs for another couple or children. We both felt that this was slightly odd, especially if you were upstairs and needed to use the toilet midway through the night. Not a great problem as such but if there were others staying, you would have to tiptoe passed them down, some metal steps, to get to the bathroom. I would suggest the hotel consider placing a separate toilet or even an en suite upstairs - there is room. That said, the accommodation was kept exceptionally clean with fresh towels every day. The breakfast selection was adequate, we’re not big morning eaters but there’s something there for everyone. It was probably my mistake in booking a duplex room, from what I saw there were other large rooms with everything on the same level. On arrival at Prague airport, I would really recommend not using a taxi, which can cost anything from 650 - 1000 Czech Koruna (approx £21-33) depending on the driver. We nearly took one but then found that the public transport was a whole lot cheaper and took just a few minutes longer to get to the hotel. For 110 KC just over £3.50, you can ride the entire public transport system to get to all the tourist spots all day - and we did. It’s safe, regular and very easy to navigate. Essentially there are three underground or metro lines, many trams, that go everywhere and busses too. But, to really enjoy Prague do it by foot. There’s quite a lot to see and you really appreciate all the quirky gothic and historical buildings to see. I would really recommend Prague and the MH Suites Palace. …
Highly recommended: extremely nice place, tidy and clean. The location is perfect, very central and really close to everything. The bedroom was perfect, great size, big bathroom, very comfortable bed. Big buffet at breakfast, plenty of sweet and savoury options. The staff is very polite and helpful. I emailed them a couple of days before our stay informing them about our early arrival and asking if we could leave our rucksack and go visit the city. They managed to have our room ready so we could refresh before exploring the city. The lady at reception was impeccable, she provided us with a map and very useful tips about the city. I tried to find any negative points to report but I really cannot find any! I would definitely go back on my next trip to Prague.
Stayed here for 3 nights - it was a lovely hotel, very clean, comfy beds and a great location (only a 5 minute walk from wenceslas Square). Hotel staff were nice. There was a place to lock luggage away after checkout which was helpful as our flight wasn't until late afternoon. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
