Super clean 😊 with a great kitchen and common areas for hanging out. Social scene was perfect. Right in the center of the old town, great for exploring, eating out and going out. I stayed in a 6bed female dorm and the room was huge. Only negative was the city noise at night and early in the morning.

Stayed in the 8 bed women’s dorm, awesome experience. The room was huge with an en-suite bathroom that was super clean, as was the entire hostel. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful! Honestly felt like a hotel rather than a hostel, I will be recommending to all my friends!

Staff knowledgeable about places to see and transport options. The downside was that Hostelworld said city tax is included and on checking in I was asked to pay it. However, the matter was passed onto manager and I never heard back so I believe Hostelworld was right. Breakfast was a bit confusing. I paid the night before and specified what I wanted, as instructed by reception. When I came for breakfast, nothing was ready, it all had to be prepared and discussed again. This was inconvenient because I was hungry and just wanted to eat without waiting. I got my breakfast items but it turned out a bit more complicated than expected the night before. It was quiet in a comfortable bed at night, which was the main good thing.

Dear Jan, thank you for taking time to write us a review. We are glad you found your bed comfy and our staff helped you out with the orientation in the city :-) I am sorry to hear though that you had some troubles during your stay. As for city tax, it is not included in the price and it is actually mentioned on our Hostelworld profile, too. I totally understand that you found inconvenient waiting for the breakfast, but it's a rare case and usually we do achieve having all ready on time. We serve breakfast individually now to ensure it's all hygienically correct and we also wanted to ensure the warm plates are all fresh, we apologize if sometimes it takes us a bit longer, but as I said, it's rare case and normally nobody has to wait more than a few minutes :-) I hope you enjoyed Prague and we'll see you again! Kind regards, Sara, Hostel Downtown

We stayed in the 8 persons female dorm and it was fantastic! The room was nice, colorful and big, bedding and lockers are available for free and the place seems very clean. Although this is not the place where you are going to meet 100 new friends, it is very recommendable, especially if you are coming as a group. There are good kitchen facilities, but the common room isn’t really anything special.

I stayed in the hostel with a friend, we were travelling together in Prague and Berlin after. It's a typical hostel, with easygoing atmosphere, easy and fast check-in and good acommodation. We were in a room with two beds and ensuite bathroom of good size and view to Narodní street and an office building right in front. We chose to have breakfast at a café in the old town area, so I cannot evaluate the one offered in the hostel. The location is excellent, walking distance to several attractions. Definitely worth staying there!
