What a nice hotel! Centrally located near the main shopping area and major museum. Very comfortable guest room as I was on the second floor with a view of the outdoor patio. Staff was very nice and helpful. Arranged a car service for the airport on the last day of my stay (very inexpensive service). Very quiet room and comfortable bed. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant, which is a Vegetarian Restaurant. I could definitely stay here again.
Room size good, location not too bad on a hilly road REception staff member ( morning at 0900) and breakfast staff not friendly. First morning breakfast staff not friendly arrived in cafe next door where breakfast is served. No greeting, no this is how you order breakfast, we are a couple in our 50's and we ordered coffee but unbeknown to us a Vegan cafe that we had to use for breakfast. We asked how do we order breakfast and the girl snapped at us, have you not read menu. Well menu on table was lunch and supper and breakfast. We did not have reading glasses so could not read it And no other choice but Vegan everything, even the staff said they were not Vegan. Come on guys communication training in curtesy . Then at 3pm no housekeeping and we did not have a ease clean room sign to hang on door. Again guy on reception not courteous n had to beg for toilet roll. Search elsewhere for better service.…
most horrible experience with hotels, breakfast was disgusting and the room had a bad smell and on top of that the personal service was under zero.do not recommend this hotel to anyone and also myself will never go to this hotel again
The room was great. The cleaning was correclty done every day. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The price was correct for all the positives points of this hotel. I just didn't like the breakfast. The breakfast take place in the restaurant next to the hotel, it is all vagan and mostly I believe the food is warm up for client because it tast not fresh at all. I tried twice the breakfast in this restaurant. Except the breakfast, this hotel is perfect.
A nice, rather small Hotel near the center of Prague. Clean, spacious room, big bathroom with everything you need working fine all the time. We would have liked more options for breakfast regarding the drinks.
The hotel was very well located, 5 min from Metro / Tram. Most attractions in the old town were appr 15 walking minutes away, and we particularly liked the fact that it was also close to a quarter of "normal" Prague life. Our triple room had everything it needed, the beds were comfy, the service was good. We enjoyed the vegan breakfast in the Palo Verde vegan restaurant in the same house which was varied and tasty and could be booked at 5 €/person from the hotel.
Everything was really really good!! The staff was super nice and welcoming. Also the transfer to the airport was very helpful And the breakfast at Palo Verde was literally AMAZING! Highly recommended !
Central, close to the train station, all amenities can be visited on foot. Big room, clean, with large bathroom. Excellent breakfast, Palo Verde bistrot is also very good for an afternoon coffee break (with cake) or a dinner / sundowner. Beware of the rooms bordering the wall to the bar next door, they can be noisy (the bar plays music until the morning hours)... We made the staff aware and they moved us immediately to another room.
Absolutely disgusted with the waiter, he hounded us from the moment we sat down, then another waiter came out telling us what was not on the menu, they seemed desperate to get customers in and outside, it put us off having a nice relaxed experience. As we got up to leave from our tables, a lady said how come your leaving, my reply was that we hadnt even had chance to look at the menu, and we where getting hounded, we couldnt relax, then the waiter said arrogantly, "excuse me madam, its my job to talk"!!!! We got up and walked away. We also found out that they where in breech of 7 hygiene standards also, (Liverpool Echo) Not our type of place. We prefered to send our money on a classier establishment, which we did.
Our stay in Salvator started really nice. After we arrived we took cold Czech beer even before we went to check the room. Room was really nice and clean. Bed are comfortable and U can choose temperature of air inside. Breakfast was so delicious i coulndnt even imagine that 1 sandwich could give so much energy. I really reccomend to choose salvatore. :)
