I stayed here for three nights with my husband. We were well received at the reception desk and the guy at the reception gave us a lot of useful information about places that can be visited in 3 days, told us how the metro works, and so on. Because of the covid, breakfasts are not directly in the hotel, but in their partners’ cafe, which did not cause us any inconvenience. The room is well equipped: there is a kettle, a refrigerator, a hairdryer - in general, everything you need. I will definitely come back again:)

Perfect hotel for a Prague getaway. The rooms are very clean and cozy, breakfast buffet has a great many items (even champagne) and staff is super friendly. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes from a metro stop!

I recommend this Hotel, it is close to the center, you don't need to take a Tram, only 10 mn by foot straight to Wencelas Square The room was nice and clean and special mention to the 2 young ladies at the Reception who were so great, always smiling and so helpful !!! They made my stay even better ! Isabelle from the South West of France

This is a good hotel - not expensive and situated just outside the city centre, the staff are friendly and Helpful (Special mention to Nadine) it doesnt have a swimming pool it had a sauna but it was booked up over the weekend we were there unfortunately - it doesnt have a bar but it has a small Restaurant/cafe type set up it has a TV in the room but no English speaking channels - we were there to do a lot of sight seeing so really just used it for sleeping in - if you like luxury in your hotels ie Champagne - swimming pool - residents Bar etc then this is not the place for you - if you like a cheap, clean hotel with friendly staff and somewhere to put your head down at night because you are out all day sight seeing then this is the place for you - our room had a safe for your valuables, a fridge for keeping your drinks cold, and tea and coffee making facilities

Dear Diarmuid, we can't thank you enough for such an exact description of Royal Court Hotel! It was a great pleasure to see that you enjoyed your stay with us as much as we enjoyed having you here. You are absolutely right, that probably we are not high level hotel, but our luxury is five stars service, delicious breakfasts and spotless cleanness. Here you can feel like at home and we are always up to take care of your stay. It's just such a pity you didn't let us know about the TV since we would definitely fix it to make your stay even more pleasant. You know that our doors are always open for you and whenever you are going to Prague again, just let us know:)

Disappointed at first glance. Tiny reception, with only 2 chairs for all hotel. We came here for anniversary, and I were so upset. Tried booking spa, staff said it’s booked up fully, didn’t say how long for. No bar. One small bottle of water in room for whole duration. No mini bar in room as described. No room service. Not even any champagne glasses, for my own bottle. Went to breakfast once, not worth getting out of bed for. On our 3rd day and linen not changed as per their rules. I wouldn’t call this a Hotel, it’s more like a Hostel.

Dear Sandra, First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our Hotel for such a special occasion as your anniversary. We are incredibly sorry to see that we didn't meet your expectation however we are 3 stars hotel and never mentioned a bar or a big lobby, also you could see ours at the pictures. Our SPA is very popular in Prague, therefore, it was fully booked, however, next time we will be pleased to book it for you in advance. Champagne glasses and minibar could be easily asked at the reception just by a call. However we bring our sincere apologies for the bed linen what we will definitely forward to our housekeeping department. We would also like to know what we could improve for at the breakfast since normally we have more than enough for 3 stars Hotel and most of our dear guests usually are very satisfied. If you would have a minute, please, share your detailed opinion with us since it's very valuable for us. We would be thrilled to have a chance to improve our service and to make your next stay more pleasant.
