Provided as a alternative hotel as the one I booked was being refurbished, conveniently the week before. Greeted well on arrival and well located to attractions. Good kebab shop next door, poor that was better than the hotel restaurant. Sauna opened at 4pm… bit random, gym was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and mini bar was a well stocked throughout. Cleaning service was good Chauffeur service was nice and pleasant, probably the best thing about the hotel Late check out cost was what let it down. After seeing approximately 20 guests within the week a €10 per hour cost just felt unjustified.
We've spent a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The restaurant has two well-decorated rooms but in a different way. For the Czech Republic, the dishes are very correct with a beautiful Wine list. The staff is relaxed but very professional. The location of the hotel is ideal, just close to the old town. And last but not least : the price is very cheap for the quality offered.
My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Cosmopolitan Prague in June 2022. Upon checking in we were assigned a room on the top floor (I don't remember the room #). I did not like it at all since the roof was sloped and I felt that I would hit my head getting out of bed. We advised the front desk staff, and they said they didn't have another room, but if there was a cancellation they would let us know. When we got back from dinner, the hotel manager told us a room had come available, and he had one of his staff show us the room (that guy that showed us the room was a bit pushy, but he was busy, so we understood). The room was so much better for us! They even offered to help to move our stuff, which we declined. The new room (1st floor) room was clean, comfortable and roomy. It had a coffee machine, but not a Nespresso like the other room, but it was fine. We stayed for 3 nights, and had a quiet, comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent with high-quality items including nice cheeses, fresh fruit, fresh bread, eggs, bacon, and excellent coffee. The granola and fixings were a favorite. So good! Staff were accommodating and helpful, the property was nice, and it was in an excellent location. Definitely recommend, and we would definitely stay again when we are in Prague…
I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had an executive room. The room was well equipped with: minibar with room to put some items in the fridge of your own, iron, safe, underfloor heating in the bathroom & Molton Brown toiletries. The bed was comfy and the room refurbed. The room faced street but it was still quiet. Breakfast was lovely with fully cooked and continental options available. I cannot fault our stay. We will stay here again if/when we return to Prague.
This hotel is definitely not 5* Expect 3* and you will be satisfied, expect 5* you will be disappointed. Maintenance work at night disrupts sleep. The restaurant has no atmosphere or ambiance . Now like a decent college canteen Good location
Very good hotel, renovated, well maintained. A unique restaurant with a very successful chef (reservation required in the evening). Fresh, varied breakfasts (also lactose and gluten free). Service at the highest level. High-quality cosmetics. Competent reception staff. Collecting the car by the parking attendant.
Short business trip. Was well looked after. 10/10 on cleanliness. Breakfast was also super. Arrived late at night, yet was well looked after. Did not get a chance to use the Gym. Highly recommended for stay in central Prague
One of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of staying in at the price range. Attached restaurant was splendid. Staff were amazing, courteous, respectful and kind. As a minority race didn’t feel out of place. They made us feel welcomed. A really pleasant experience and I will definitely stay again should I visit Prague again. I have already recommended to friends and will keep doing same. The room was very neat and modern with some classic design. Well arranged. Cleaning staff amazing and courteous. Same goes for the reception staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Cosmopolitan and all your amazing staff.
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in November 2022 prior to a river boat cruise. It is a beautiful hotel, fabulous lady at reception, room was amazing (8th floor) and bed very comfortable. The restaurant attached (out the front door and in the next) was excellent and the cost of the meals was reasonable. The kitchen is open so you get to see everyone in the kitchen preparing the food. Breakfast buffet is served here and the selection of foods and juices is excellent. The location was brilliant and we walked everywhere to see all the sights. We were disappointed in the Christmas market in Old Town as we expected lots of locally made items and about 90% of the stalls were for food. Cannot say whether the room rate was good as our cruise company booked it.
The staff are amazing and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is Michelin star worthy and the waiter staff treat you like a King and Queen. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Prague to stay here. Very close to everything.
