Spacious rooms and hospitable staff. Very near to metro station. It was really cold when I visited but the rooms were cosy and linen provided was sufficient to keep us warm. A nice place to be with family. Proximity to central place is helpful.

The room was clean enough. The reception was really helpful and kind, they did their best to resolve our problems. İt was 30 min walking distance to Old Town, also there is a metro right at the door. The location is really good.
İt would be better if there were AC. The street was loud so when we opened the windows to cool down the room it got too noisy that we couldn't sleep.
The wifi connection was bad, leave aside doing bussiness or WhatsApp calls, even a single whatapp message took minutes to send. İt was not even enough to view my instagram stories and googling something took around 5mins.
The staff at the restaurant was kinda rude to us. The breakfast was between 7am-11am an when we went to breakfast at 10am they didn't refill any of the plates, most of them was empty, they didn't even answer or smile when we said good morning and when we get up from the breakfast at 10.30am one of them said "yadaaa!" with a happy voice after we get out of the restaurant room. (Because we were the last ones to get to the restaurant. İf you go to breakfast early you won't face this problem. When we went earlier next they, they were kind, they refilled all of the plates and there were more kind of stuff we could eat)
İ would recommend if you're on a budget and need someplace with good logistics. I don't recommend if you're looking for a comfy and luxurius stay.

Good stay with nice staff and the hotel. The price was good for the service, that we’ve got. Breakfasts were really nice and delicious. The rooms are clean NO air conditioning, but at the reception you can get free cold water and in the room we’ve had a ventilator.

I stayed with my wife and we booked this hotel as it said that it's a three star property. To my surprise we were alloted a room which had the toilet and bathroom outside the room. The toilet and bathroom had access to another room also. That's two guests from two rooms are supposed to use one toilet and one bathroom. I've never seen something like this anywhere.

I have stayed here for the business trip. The location was really great. 100 meters from metro station and 5 minutes away from my office. The room was small, but not hot. The ventilator was helpful and free ice water was great way of hospitality as well

Myself & 8 of my friends stayed at this hotel for our New Years trip to Prague.
We have nothing but good things to say about this hotel - service was excellent throughout and the hotel were very friendly, accommodating and very easy to communicate with.
Rooms were well equipped and more than adequate for our needs!
The hotel even brought us a bottle of champagne when we arrived!
Highly recommended!

My family and I spent 4 nights at the Charles Central Hotel. Overall, we found the experience very good. The hotel is ideally located 1 min from the metro station, which can take you to the Old Town in literally 5 minutes (2 stops way) and for £1 or £2 (kids do not pay). There are also plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The room is not very modern but very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is much better than the one offer by hotels like the Holiday Inn, Travel Lodge, etc. in the UK. The staff were very nice and helpful all the time. The internet is very fast, easy to connect and reliable. This hotel offers excellent value for money. We would definitely stay at the Charles Central Hotel next time we visit Prague.

Not a luxury hotel by any means but comfortable for a large group. We had the “apartment” which was basically two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, no common area. Also had a room with balcony and another standard room. It was handy and comfortable for a weekend with friends but not having that common space we thought we would have resulted in us spending less time than anticipated here. Handy for the metro & tram. Check in was relatively quick & easy, rooms were clean & for a low price it was perfectly fine.

The location of this hotel is quite good. There is a metro station right outside the front door that will take you to the city center with only 2 or 3 stops. There are numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Once you check in, the first thing you will encounter is the one elevator which is quite small and limited to two people. The room we had was quite spacious even though it is somewhat dated. There was ample space for our clothing. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. Our interactions with the front desk staff were consistently pleasant and helpful.

It’s a good hotel with nice rooms that are clean with big, spacious rooms. It also has a great location in the centre of Prague and is right next to a metro station. Friendly staff that are very helpful

They provided towels.
Basic style rooms but the staff go above and beyond expecially when I arrived late at night they helped me get food delivered to the hotel as most things would be closed close to the hotel
They didn't have any in the room I stayed in
They didn't have a hairdryer in the room I stayed in.
